    Administrator: HR Business Partnering

    Core Description

    Manage HR administration and support to the HR BP Executive/HR Business partnering team. Assist the team with HR projects, dissemination of business information to all HRBPs, coordination of team meetings, team initiatives and/or team projects and/or other HRBP related activities or requirements. Liaise with Service Centre and capture/process relevant HR docs for Payroll.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Assist with compilation/analytics of monthly/and or other HR reports
    • Assist recruiters/HRBP’s with TA Reports/ TA statistics
    • Action Log tracking and monthly/weekly reminders
    • Assist with coordination of team meetings, team initiatives and or other HRBP related activities or requirements. Assist the entire team with special projects.
    • Assist with collation and distribution of HR Reports
    • Assist with loading/capturing HR documents on various systems and tracking HR processes
    • Reminders of Projects and other important Tasks to be met
    • Compliances: ensured that compliances of CPS HRBPs are up to date
    • MS Teams Group and Documentation:
    • Creation and upkeep of all the MS Teams Groups and uploading of relevant up to date files.  Ensured that all CPS HRBPs have full access and are informed of newly added documents.  Examples: Weekly Pulse Meetings, WMC meetings, Job Profiles, Consolidated vacancies & Org Structure Folders.
    • Developed/maintain a JAIL action log for the CPS HRBP team to track and action all Projects and daily activities.

    Qualifications

    NQF 4: Grade 12

    Experience

    • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 5 years’ HR admin/HR project coordination related experience

    Certifications / Professional Registration

    None

    Special Requirements/ Employment Condition

    Valid Drivers license
