Job Description

• We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Admin Clerk - Finance to join our Rustenburg Business Unit. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Admin Controller. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to manage the Admin functions at the depot

Minimum Requirements

• Matric and finance qualification or studying towards a qualification
• Excel experience - required
• SAP experience - preferred
• Knowledge of Purchase Order and Reconciliations
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Waltons external request not used on a monthly frequency

• Claims

• Managing and monitoring time and attendance
• Reporting

Customer service

• Orders and reconciliation
• Bushvalley order processing / reconciliation
• Gluckman order processing / reconciliation
• Bayhead order processing / reconciliation
• Wolwehoek Credit
• Investigation

• Feedback

Factory Report reconciliation
