• Administrative position within the Finance Department assisting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams. Attention to detail, accuracy  and the ability to meet details are crucial in this role.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a financial environment
• Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience working with Syspro.
• Understanding of finance, accounting & bookkeeping
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Independent individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understands cashflow.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Accounts Payable

• Requisitions
• Placing of Orders
• Invoice posting
• Reconcile AP transactions.
• Verify & investigate discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable

• Perform day to day financial transactions.
• Compilation of credit guarantee applications
• Completed credit application requests.
