    Accessories Manager Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd - Parts Distribution Centre

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Accessories Operations:

    • Define standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Product development and maintenance.
    • Stock forecast and obsolescence monitoring
    • Backorder tracking.
    • Provide effective communication for marketing campaigns and development of point of sale material.
    • Adhere to organisational policies and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness and reduction of financial wastage.
    • Attain accessories targets to maximise profits, monitor and grow margin on sales through quality offerings.
    • Campaigns and roadshows management.
    • Website maintenance & management.

    Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct research and gather data to provide input for operational reporting and decision making processes, identify new opportunities/trends which could result in better operational processes.
    • Enable planning for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services.
    • Monthly reporting and analysis to the management team.

    Dealer Management:

    • Identify the accessories requirements of the dealer network and disseminate the information to the accessories development department.
    • Dealer stakeholder visits and management, liaise with dealer personnel on operational issues.
    • Management of dealer request through the ticketing system.
    • Initiate sales promotions and the marketing thereof to the dealer network.
    • Identify new product lines and opportunities – maximize sales opportunities to grow revenue.
    • Facilitate product support and training for deal.
    • Manage and resolve all customer complaints with accessories complaints.

    Supplier Management:

    • SLA maintenance & management.
    • Supplier visits to build sustainable relationships that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence.

    People Management:

    • Continually monitor the team’s skills needs and continually develop to ensure overall efficiencies.
    • Provide advice and support with the management of change and offer support where required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 3 + years Experience in the Automotive industry.
    • A Code 8 Driver's Licence is vital.
    • Computer literacy
    • Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets.
