Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes, invoices and statements for processing.
- Scan and file to electronic Document Management System
- Process entries for AR, AP, CB and GL
- Maintain the Fixed Asset register
- Reconcile bank statements
- Reconcile Credit Card Statements
- Reconcile Petty Cash
- Reconcile AR and AP to statements
- Reconcile subledgers to the main control accounts
- Prepare the Trial Balance
- Prepare documents for filing to storage
- Prepare and update process documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Run the administration during the Recruitment process
- Manage Leave register
- Maintain payroll processing
- Maintain electronic Personnel folders
Requirements:
- 3 years bookkeeping experience
- 2 years Payroll experience
- Knowledge and practical experience with BCEA and HR responsibilities
- Familiar with corporate networks
- MS Office
- Relevant qualifications
