You Will Handle

• Business analysis of more complex requirements;
• Problem solving and Diagnostic work;
• Forming an integral part of the systems development life cycle;
• Understanding the business issues and data challenges of clients organisation and industry;
• Gaining in-depth functional knowledge of company products on the job;
• Complex requirements and start taking responsibility for the performance of juniors on their requirements;
• Creating URS's for new features required by clients;
• Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business and systems processes and recommendations related to proposed solution;
• Facilitating Business and Functional Design sessions and various meetings with clients;
• Taking responsibility during the development life cycle to resolve any business related issues;
• Providing production support (3rd line) for Helpdesk calls on business related issues;
• Taking ownership to ensure new product features are delivered successfully;
• Ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner;
• Keeping abreast of industry developments in area of expertise;
• Consistently delivering high quality service to clients; and,
• Supporting Seniors in the management of client relationships (clients are customer and development teams).

Job Requirements

You will need 5 - 7 years' experience in IT, with 2+ years' analysis experience in full SDLC, coupled with an understanding of application programming, database and systems design. Extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices within Telecommunications and the IT Industry is a must and experience in the telecommunications industry will be advantageous.
