Procurement Controller at PepsiCo

Job description

• Track, calculate and input of monthly procurement productivity according to initiatives on Power Steering totalled estimated R25-30MM annually. ( Directs and Indirects)
• Manage and report on contract status and outages to various departments and senior leaders, including a spend analyses by supplier.
• Co-ordinate/send updates on spend data for BEE monthly analyses by outsourced company.
• Review and gather comments and report weekly on ALL procurement price variances, including monthly reporting to LT on exceptional matters attracting PPV.
• Control vendor application process.
• Review and approve PO's in line with the procurement policy estimated 700-800 per month.
• Ensure testing of various KC's from AGRO and P2P processes and report to Process Owner on Quarterly basis.
• Approved SAP PPV's in line with FR process for release and payments.
• Load all monthly raw material contract prices in line with latest negotiations and/or price models to ensure accurate financial commitments are recorded and updates monthly.
• Control and ensure compliance to our Supplier Code of Conduct by all "non contracted" vendors estimated 1500+ annually.
• Manage and report to senior leaders GA cost by ledger account. (Including setting of AOP)

A relevant National Diploma or related

• SAP knowledge
• Control process knowledge
• High level of computer literacy
• Process control mapping
• COSO Control testing
• Loading of contracts in SAP
• Fluent English & Afrikaans, written and oral
