Job description

As a People Partner what will your responsibilities be?

• Act as face of HR and manage senior business relationships to enable HR to add value to the business, aligning HR strategy to the business strategy
• Diagnose issues that require HR input and generate a strategic HR plan addressing business priorities
• Drive the people plan for the business ensuring delivery of HR solutions to generate a positive impact on business performance. This encompasses the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to development, performance and reward.
• Implement HR products, processes and policies across the business area, working closely with the central HR team to embed messages, initiatives and communications
• Source and evaluate data to provide insights and shape HR solutions
• Work closely with centres of excellence and People Services to ensure alignment of activity to business priorities
• Play a lead role in major change initiatives and other projects, mobilising teams within HR where required

As a People Partner what skills and experience is required?

• Significant HR Generalist experience, including recruitment
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience in shaping and formulating HR strategic plans
• Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management
• Ability to influence, motivate and engage through clear and articulate communication
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to problem solve and create appropriate solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a varied workload
• Experience of working in a BPO or call centre environment desirable but not essential
• Professional qualification (CIPD)/degree desirable
