    Receptionist (Nelspruit)

    Description

    • Manage the reception area
    • Ensure that the entire reception area including bathrooms are neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity.
    • Provide professional and friendly assistance to walk–in clients and staff.
    • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required

    Manage Boardroom bookings

    • Manage bookings and make sure that there isn’t clashes.
    • Assist to provide refreshment to clients in the absence of Office Assistant.
    • Ensure that all boardrooms are presentable and clean before every meeting.
    • Manage head office client’s parking.
    • Manage head office building access (closing and opening).
    • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
    • Administer Stock items
    • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies i.e. refreshments and cleaning material
    • Maintain stock level of consumables, cutlery, crockery etc.

    Reporting faults

    • Report any faults to IT or Facilities in order to provide efficient service to clients. (TCF)

    Adhoc duties

    • Provide assistance to Corporate Affairs with events.
    • Assist PA’s with calls during their absence from the office.
    • General admin/office assistance to Group Corporate affairs

    Requirements

    Formal Education:

    • Matric

    Technical/Legal Certification;

    • Certificate in Customer Service

    Senior Clerk: IL Client Services Liaison (Menlyn)

    Description
    Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position:

    Provide advice to clients

    • Verify the positive identification of the client
    • Provide correct and accurate advice to clients on products; premiums (monthly); beneficiaries; payments (school fund, loans; life assured on policy;  (TCF)
    • Make notes on the system
    • Provide assistance on demutualization enquiries

    Advise clients on cancelations

    • Advise the client of the process and disadvantages of cancelation
    • Retain the policy by proposing different options (loan, partial surrender paid up)
    • As per clients request follow the standard cancelation procedure (Refund if applicable)

    Advise clients on changes to policy

    • Verify the positive identification of the client
    • Check policy details and status
    • Advise client if request can be processed
    • Makes notes on the system
    • Send documents to back off for processing
    • Follow up with back office if changes to policy and been processed and provide feedback to client

    Fit and Proper Requirements

    Sales Manager (Parow)

    Description
    Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan

    • Develop an integrated sales & marketing plan
    • Implement and align marketing plan with regional plan and submit to management
    • Review and update strategic plan on a regular basic
    • Compile report on progress made on strategic plan
    • Communicate strategic plan to sales representatives
    • Perform recruitment and selection process for sales representative
