Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (minimum qualification). Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage
• At least 3-5 years’ business-to-business sales experience
• Strong technical aptitude
• Need own car and valid driver’s license
• Passport for traveling abroad to maintain client relations

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the communication links for advertising and media mediums
• Have direct communication face to face with customers
• Identify qualified cold calls in order to generate sales leads
• Participate in marketing initiatives to ensure sales generation
• Develop sales leads in-line with the sales pipeline
• Ensure all requirements and resources are prepared for the customer meeting
• On-going research and development related to the product and aspects associated with the product
• Continually update the client database
• Provide solutions (products and services) to meet the customer needs
• Develop proposals that meet the customer’s needs (approved by CEO)
• Liaison between customer & management
• Customer satisfaction and retention
• Achievement of sales targets
