Job description
A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Advisor to join RB’s Human Resources team.
This role is responsible for supporting the HRBP with delivery of HR processes and HR projects cross-functionally in the Commercial business. You will be required to identify HR gaps, propose and implement effective changes necessary to cover risks. You will be responsible for managing core HR processes and will promote the use of global and local HR tools, processes and policies including training and development to compensation and benefits.
You will be responsible for excellent employee services including: policies and procedures, managing the JLT process and drive employee engagement activities. You will play a key role to assist the HRBP to partner with business leaders to facilitate achievement of optimum business results and to deliver a sustainable global talent pipeline, to secure an engaging and distinctive culture based on RB values.
The HR Advisor needs to be ambitious and motivated to take on responsibility in an organisation that requires a high level of personal ownership. As part of a dynamic HR Team you will be supporting the HRBP, and be a key contributor to HR delivery for your stakeholders.
