    Customer Service Rep

    Job description

    The Customer Service Rep supports Customer Service Department ensuring that Nobel Biocare is a reliable, professional and responsive partner for all customers. He/she is an excellent team player with a strong service and sales mentality. Cooperate with intergrated departments and collectively ensuring the desired outcome.

    The main duties

    • Take orders by phone, send by mail the order confirmation to the customer and after to the confirmation to the customer enter into SAP
    • Promote sales to customers telephonically
    • Promote on-line shopping
    • Compile accurate quotations Clinician, Lab ans Hospitals
    • Handle enquires (product related and courier issues), resolve customer related queries/issues by phone . When the problem is resolved we send mail confirmation.
    • Advise courier company of early or urgent deliveries and collections
    • Advise customer of pertinant or late deliveries
    • Check and organize orders afternoon delivery
    • Check and organize orders for same day delivery before cut off
    • Collect waybills and attach to corresponding documents for filing
    • Organize general filing of all related correspondance
    • Check short term consignments and process orders for billing
    • Check and process returns from orders and short term consignment
    • Placing of returned stock back into the system
    • Follow up on long term consignment
    • Follow up on back orders
    • Check and process warrenty claim forms received. The SAP process is done by Mia but the picking & replacement is done in JBN as weel admin filling for warrently transaction.
    • Open new accounts in SAP
    • Answer switchboard and direct calls

    Your profile

    • University or Bc degree
    • Expert knowledge in customer service process and procedures
    • Expert knowledge in warehouse process and procedures
    • Expert knowledge as SAP User for Customer Service module
    • Valuable knowledge as User in CRM systems (salesforce.com)
    • Minimum three years of experience as Customer Service Representative. Valuable in Healthcare Company

    Marketing Manager

    Job description

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Nobel Biocare South Africa

    Main accountabilities

    • Creates a tactical action plan,ensuring all the Activities, Training, Education and Activation (TEA) is inline with our global strategy and addressing the local market opportunities.
    • Develops and cultivate a interdependantrelationship with HQ functions to achieve the highest levels of support andvisibilty in the organization for the South African organization.
    • Creates the South African PracticeResource Center. Masters activities and TEA courses, such as Study Clubs, EAP,patient communication, patient evening seminars, Practice Development Plans(PDP) and trains the local sales force around them.
    • Designs & leads our marketingcommunication activities to customers, including printed & digital(mailing, emailing, website and social media campaigns).
    • Co-travel with the local sales force toconvince customers, lecturers, mentors and KOL of activities and TEA courses (20%of the time)
    • Is responsible to manage and oversee Marketing/T&E budget to meet targets as defined in annual country budget.
    • Leads the relationships with localspeakers, mentors, Study Club and EAP hosts, supporting them as required.
    • Leads Nobel Biocare presence atcongresses and local events
    • Is resposible to admnistrate and keepup to date the gripstock material needed for hands-out and workshop duringcourses, events and congresses.
    • Implements evaluation and satisfactionsurveys post T&E events take place.
    • Leads CVM locally, information andinteraction with customer is up to date and regularly analyzed
    • Generate Sales offers & Playbook
    • Acts as on-line storeadministrator

    The candidate for this position must have

    • 3-5years qualified marketing management experience at a dental global company
    • Experienceexecuting product launches at managerial level
    • Deep knowledge of dental marketspecific dynamics, including CAD-CAM business model
    • Experience managing partneringactivites, training, education and activation
    • Excellent communication and customerengagement skills, dedication to total customer experience
    • Motivated self-starter, able toinfluence and help lead sales team towards an strategic direction
    • 4 year college academic degree,preferable specialization in Marketing (e.g. SGGW - Marketing & Management,Brand Management, CIM - Professional Diploma in Marketing) or documented bypost-graduated courses in Marketing area
    • Fluent in English andAfrikaan
    • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
    • Project management skills
