    Financial Services Advisory - Credit Risk, Analyst/Senior Analyst

    Main Purpose of Job

    • To support leadership in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • University Graduate, preferably BSc (in Statistics or Mathematics); Financial Engineering or Actuarial Science.

    Minimum Experience

    • Financial Modelling – technical knowledge in PD, EAD, LGD, Basel II and IAS39.
    • Need to have 2-4 years credit experience at a Bank or Consultancy.
    • Retail credit risk experience is preferable, but strong corporate credit is also acceptable.

    • Winning Business. Active involvement in successful proposals totalling R5 million, with personal sales of over R1 million.

    Corporate Finance - Valuations - Senior Manager

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    CA (SA) or equivalent

    Experience

    • Completed traineeship (TOPP or TIPP)
    • Minimum two years corporate finance experience in a “Big 4” auditing firm or merchant bank.
    • Experience in enterprise valuations essential
    • Experience in IFRS and purchase price allocation valuations advantageous
