    Senior Doctor Detailing Representative (Port Elizabeth)

    Job description

    A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior RX Detailing Rep (Port Elizabeth) to join RB’s Sales Pharma team.
     
    This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of agreed Script Share Targets and MS% growth in the PE region. As a RX Detailing Representative you will be responsible for effective implementation of Medical Marketing strategies and to build strong relationships with your doctors. You will need to have an understanding of Dr. Research, clinical trials, Rx patterns, and be able to recall medical and clinical message. You will be required to have an in- depth knowledge of RB and relevant competitor product and a very good understanding of the disease areas and categories within the RBP range of products. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic Sales Pharma team, you will be providing continuous training and detailing and also implement and share best practice amongst colleagues and across the business.
     
    Is this you?
    • Strong sense of urgency and dynamic problem solver.
    • Very strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships and good interpersonal skills.
    • Independent, motivated self- starter and goal orientated.
    • 3- 5 years working experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field including doctor detailing experience and setting up CME & Round Tables. .
    • Minimum BSc. Degree or equivalent qualification in the pharma field (pharmacy assistant diploma).
    • Must be a RSA citizen with a valid driver’s license.
    Note: this position is based in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    A fantastic opportunity is available for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join RB’s Health, Safety & Environment team.

    This role is responsible to provide support to the implanting, monitoring and auditing of all health & safety specific acts and RB HSE systems. In order to support the RB HSE team, you will be required for to complete relevant HSE activities including daily HSE incident investigation reports, audits and daily HSE induction training. Key requirements of the role include conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and manage recommended actions. You will also assist the HSE Manager with implementation, monitoring and auditing of the HSE system. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the business to create a culture of health, safety and environment awareness.

    Is this You?

    • Strong interpersonal skills capable of forging and developing effective relationship.
    • Strong sense of urgency and achievement whilst applying a logical and analytical mind.
    • Resilient and able to respond under pressure with high attention to detail.
    • Successful health, safety and environment working experience gained in FMCG, pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
    • HSE Diploma, certificate or relevant Bachelor’s qualification.
    • Knowledge and application of UK regulatory standards.
    • Strong MS Office skills.
