    Call Center Sales Consultant

    Introduction

Main purpose of the role is to sell cars for the Selling department of Carzuka.

    Job description

    • Ensure that monthly targets are met and/exceeded
    • Ensure leads are tended to timeously
    • Good understanding of motor vehicles
    • Previous motor insurance sales experience is advantageous
    • Follow up with clients
    • Conduct test drives
    • Complete vehicle purchasing process
    • Understand the value and have an in-depth understanding of Carzuka’s goal.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    • Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level

    Minimum requirements

    • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
    • Experience in the motor industry
    • Experience in used vehicle selling
    • Target driven
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent Attention to detail
    • Strong Negotiation skill

    • The main purpose of the position is to market and sell Cartrack products and services by offering the Cartrack value proposition and a ROI concept to SME's and larger commercial customers
    • Furthermore, the job holder must ensure that sales and revenue targets in specified areas are met and/or exceeded
    • Engage at executive level, build and maintain long term relationships with these clients and maximise sales opportunities within them 
    • With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks (CRM System) associated with the sales channel
    • Understand the value of a full fleet solution and have an in-depth understanding of Cartrack’s value added products and services

    Minimum requirements

    • Sales target driven
    • Valid driver's license
    • Drive new business development / cold-calling
    • Solution orientated
    • Established network of corporate clients
    • Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
    • Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills

    • The ideal candidate is an aggressive business development hunter, a “wolf-of-wall street” sales go getter! Not for candidates who want to harvest and nurture current clients, or focus on up/cross selling to excising accounts.
