    Stores Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Take full responsibility for keys of kitchen and all the stock in all the kitchen areas.
    • Do all ordering for all meals & functions
    • Receive all the stock from the suppliers according to the company policies & procedures
    • Do issuing of all stock in the fridge, freezer, dry store & chemical store on Cost all meals & functions on a daily basis.
    • Receive all the invoices received on a daily basis on My Market.
    • Take stock on a regular basis.
    • Do all hygiene checks needed.
    • Plan for consecutive days to make sure all stock is available.
    • Ensure that all the storerooms, fridge and freezers are clean, packed and all product date marked neatly at all times.
    • Manage all wastage and leftovers.

    Area Manager

    Primary Purpose Of The Job

    Oversees the daily workings of the organisation operations, mainly unsupervised or smaller sites. Responsible to maintain a high-quality standard of organisations deliverables in line with site specific SLA’s. Responsible to manage client relations, perform cleaning and equipment inspections.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Matric
    • Relevant operations and people management experience.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar environment on middle management level
    • Experience in managing large compliments of people and a large client portfolio

    Security Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
    • Constant interaction with all role-players within the area
    • Train and supervise security officers and guards
    • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
    • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
    • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
    • Review reports on incidents and breaches
    • Investigate and resolve issues
    • Create reports for management on security status
    • Analyse data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

    Skills and Competencies

    • Proven experience as security manager or similar position
    • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
    • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
    • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
    • Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
    • Working knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Committed and reliable

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
    • Having Police experience will be an advantage
