    Senior Business and Process Analyst

    Key purpose:

    • The Senior Business and Process Analyst, Business Analysis, Proposal Management, Sales Process Planning and Design will work on the business process related to sales proposal generation. Your role will involve developing strategies that streamline the way proposals are generated and managed. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of all relevant processes within our company so you can easily identify new opportunities to improve existing procedures or set up new ones.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement repository
    • Provide methodology to keep business rules updated at all times
    • Define and implement governance framework
    • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
    • Provide strategic and operational thinking that enables the group to focus on the big picture
    • Develop management and control systems and frameworks to ensure alignment between business capabilities and strategic goals
    • Assess business holistically and development the business architecture
    • Develop and validate both current-state and future-state maps with cross[1]functional teams and/or customers
    • Distill large amounts of complex requirements and data from disparate sources, condense, simplify and clearly articulate the information for the purpose of problem solving
    • Define a set of KPIs that allow management to measure performance of the business as a whole
    • Document business requirements
    • Document business processes
    • Translating and simplifying requirements
    • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
    • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
    • Researching possible software solutions to increase work efficiency
    • Define business data architecture
    • Continuously refine data architecture

    Qualifications and experience:

    • BCom Degree or equivalent qualification
    • Business and process analysis certification
    • Customer Experience knowledge and experience
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business and Process Analysis
    • Experience with working with African markets would be an advantage
    • Excellent understanding of business and process design principles and methodologies and proven track record

    Enterprise Integration Platform Owner

    Key purpose:

    • As a Product Owner in the Enterprise Integration Platform, you'll be responsible for creating and managing the development of new features for our platform. You will work with other members of the product team to ensure that customer requirements are met and delivered as quickly as possible. You will be required to work with internal developers, business analysts and customers on feature requests, bug fixes or enhancements within strict timeframes.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Develop and continuously seek to improve organisational standards, policies, and procedures within a span of control and monitor implementation to ensure full compliance
    • Build a continuous-improvement culture within the platform teams
    • Drive engineering initiatives to improve best practices and streamlined software delivery while striving for continuous improvement
    • Establish working practices to support multiple streams of development projects, feature teams and cross-functional teams
    • Experience in advocate development practices like test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
    • Experience in working on several successful projects in the web and mobile environment
    • Previous exposure to full life cycle systems development
    • Solid understanding of agile methodologies
    • Exposure to complex change environment and experience in project integration
    • Exposure to the IT project and programme management, IT lifecycle, and ITIL processes

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Degree / Diploma in Technology / Information Management
    • 8 years relevant experience of which 5 years of management experience in a software development background
    • Five years of experience in the data management field, preferably with a focus on enterprise integration and business intelligence
    • Experience developing applications using agile methodologies preferred
    • Experience with design patterns and best practices preferred
