Job Description
The resource planner is full time role and is responsible for the planning of all resources (partners to trainees) within the assurance business. This includes ensuring staff continuity year on year, proactively managing clashes, resolving these in good time, and communicating planning outcomes to managers / partners concerned. The resource planner is also responsible for collation of weekly reports, monitoring staff behavior, reporting on problems in the business and approving leave and overtime.

You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities from facilitating and attending campus recruiting events, to managing campus programs, and initiatives. You’ll work closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies for specific universities, colleges, and markets.
