    Logistics Administrator / Logistics Graduate

    Is this you?

    • You are either already in a Logistics Administrator role or you’ve graduated or about to graduate in Logistics. You’d be keen to work in a fast paced environment that is very driven around quality and customer service.

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • You’ll be liaising with customers and suppliers, arranging deliveries, processing purchase orders with our overseas suppliers and co-ordinating all aspects of the shipments. You will also be responsible for controlling the inventory and taking care of general related finance admin like preparing tax invoices. You’ll report directly to the young and dynamic Logistics Manager.

    What you’ll need

    • You will have a matric certificate with 2 years logistics administration experience OR, you’ll just have graduated with a Logistics degree. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and your natural ethos is to be professional, quality and customer focused. It’s a fast paced environment so we’re looking for someone that will work accurately and well under pressure. Attention to detail comes naturally to you, you’re an organiser and work very well in a team. You’re someone that is reliable, has strong business acumen and is solutions orientated will fit in very well with this dynamic and go getter team.     Premium Travel Operations Manager

    • You will ensure the smooth running of the Travel team by providing comprehensive operational and management support. You will be the first point of contact for Travel Coordinators and independent Travel Advisors, handling team queries, managing emergency duties, and coordinating systems operations. You will draft, implement, and manage Standards of Performance (SOPs), manage quotes and bed night balances, and oversee the orientation and training schedules of new employees. We’re looking for someone data and tech savvy, part of your role includes trend analysis and budget planning. You’ll also be responsible for weekly operational updates and fostering a collaborative team culture aligned to a premium guest experience and culture.

    What you’ll need

    • The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in travel, tourism, or a related field, along with substantial experience in travel operations management. You should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven track record in team management and operational support. Familiarity with travel industry standards, budgeting, and data analysis is essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment are key attributes for success in this role.

    Investment Operations Specialist – CA(SA)

    • You are one of a kind! You started off being a CA(SA) and ended up becoming a pro at operations. On top of this, you made this transition while working in the investment industry and you are ready for your skills and expertise to take a fund manager to new levels.

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • As the Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to process optimization, improving business understanding of operations, and establishing enhanced processes for stakeholder delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for handling daily operational activities, ensuring timely recording of transactions, and resolving reconciliation breaks efficiently. With a focus on SQL data framework optimization and automation, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and drive efficiency in our operations.

    What you’ll need

    • To succeed in this role, you need to be a CA(SA) coupled with at least 2 years of operations experience gained in the investment industry. Your strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team are essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with reconciliations and cash management will set you apart. While experience in a programming language is advantageous, it’s not essential.
