Clinical Case Manager - Johannesburg - Rivonia at MHR

Requirements

• Qualified Professional Nurse or Advanced Life Support Practitioner (ALS)/Paramedic
• At least 2 years experience in an Emergency Centre as a Registered Nurse or 2 years experience as an Operational Paramedic
• 1 year Critical Care/Neonatal experience as a Registered Nurse or 1 year as Critical Care Paramedic serves as an advantage
• Experience in effectively managing a care team involved in patients’ care
• Knowledge related to the transport environment
• Familiar with Funder scheme rules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• CAD System knowledge serves as an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephonic and email etiquette
• Sound experience in Emergency Medical Services

Key Outputs

• Oversee clinical cases within the Contact Centre
• Provide medical information and trauma debriefing to required cases
• Provide basic contact centre administration to the specialised services team
