    Quality Assurer - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • Perform quality control and assurance of data on business systems, to ensure standards are met and to maintain and monitor the quality assurance process.

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Relevant degree or tertiary qualification.
    • 2-3 years’ relevant experience (essential).
    • Insurance industry experience (desirable).
    • Experience in client services or quality assurance (desirable).

    Duties & Responsibilities   

    INTERNAL PROCESS

    • Provide independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment for operational processes and procedures.
    • Assess the quality of data captured on business systems against quality standards to ensure correctness of data.
    • Identify, report on and monitor process and system improvements required.
    • Identify any possible gaps, risks or training requirements for internal processes and procedures and engage with the relevant stakeholders to compile action plans.
    • Collate information regarding quality assurance and adherence to standard operating procedures to obtain a holistic view of the operational environment.
    • Report on areas of opportunity and risk within the team(s) and make recommendations to close identified gaps.
    • In conjunction with the line manager provide the team with constructive feedback with regards to quality assurance assessments.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to achieve desired quality levels.
    • Implement quality assurance processes, standards and requirements to ensure quality of the operational environment is monitored and maintained.

    CLIENT

    • Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managed.

    Broker Sales Administrator - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • As a Broker Sales Administrator you will handle quote requests from brokers. Your role would require you to be fast and accurate, so attention to detail is critical to this position. You will interact directly with the Broker Sales Advisers on daily basis, ensuring that quote requests reaches them in a timeous manner with a 100% capturing quality.

    Requirements    

    • Matric or qualification equivalent to matric 
    • At least one year experience in a call center environment 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    The Broker Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for converting leads into quotes with minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:

    • Monthly quote volumes 
    • Complaints to workload ratio 
    • Quality audit target 
    • Service level KPI's

    Digital Administrator - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • We are looking for a dynamic person with a passion for enabling clients towards their financial success. This will be achieved through the Digital Administrator by coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functioning within the Momentum Life digital sales team.

    Requirements    

    • Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4.
    • Minimum of 2 years insurance sales industry experience.
    • Must be proficient in Afrikaans and English.
    • Knowledge on Momentum Life Insurance products and services will be beneficial.

    Duties & Responsibilities   

    • Assist stakeholders in the submission of Onboarding applications using the digital channels
    • Provide all stake holders with trustworthy support to ensure their clients are serviced
    • Ensure digital capabilities available are used to enable the administration process.
    • Ensure product house ‘way of work’ and SLA are adhered
    • Focus on the quality of instructions received by all stakeholders internal and external
    • Build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders so the business can maximise value from these relationships.
    • Understand stakeholders' problems and challenges and identify ways the business could better address those needs
    • Interact with stakeholders to manage service offerings, address queries and strengthen their satisfaction with the business.
    • Identify and report process and system failures and enhancements to improve stakeholder experience
    • Accurately capture and check new business documentation for errors and completeness
    • Escalate faults and other housekeeping issues with the relevant stakeholders
    • Perform all administrative tasks to agreed standards and ensure proper controls are kept for new business applications
    • Timeously complete all administrative and reporting duties, related to the role within the agreed timeframes
    • To utilize BPM across all processes and to effectively migrate from AWD (Reporting on errors received according to process)
    • Ensuring the termination process is adhered too, and ensure all stakeholders are informed
    • Ensure that the onboarding of stakeholders is seamless and accurate
    • To accurately perform policy book transfers

    Client Care Advisor - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • Our Advisors within Client Care are committed to providing Momentum Short-term insurance (STI) clients and brokers with awesome service and to making their experience with Momentum STI enjoyable, easy and convenient. This is done to foster and build long-lasting and rewarding relationships.

    Requirements    

    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
    • Call Centre studies will be advantageous
    • Previous client care experience will be an advantageous
    • Sales experience will be advantageous
    • Previous call centre experience (preferably in a client centric or sales environment)
    • RE is compulsory 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • An inbound advisor of Momentum STI is responsible for providing Momentum STI clients with awesome service and to making the client/brokers experience with Momentum STI enjoyable, easy and convenient. Client Care Advisors deal with client queries on all levels in a competent, efficient and attending and successfully completing all training courses scheduled for the employee by Momentum STI.
