    Multi Skilled Consultant Sales and Service - Matatiele

    Purpose

    To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, expectation and providing product solutions including directing customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) whilst adhering to policy and process.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
    • Preferred Qualification : Relevant NQF 5
    • Years of Experience : 1 to 2 years related experience
    • Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

    Responsibilities

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 3 Year industry related Degree
    • 4 to 6 Years related experience

    Responsibilities

    • Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies

    Branch Controller - Pietermaritzburg

    Purpose

    • To manage branch resources and implement operational policies and processes to maximise sales as return on capital employed; mitigate risks and ensure excellent customer experiences

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF 5 as prescribed by the Financial Services Board
    • Preferred Qualification - Appropriate Degree at NQF 6
    • Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
