    Market Development Supervisor

    As a Market Development Supervisor /Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for:

    • Call Cycle Compliance and KPI achievement
    • POS installation, placement and replenishment at Trader outlets
    • Daily Reporting on HHT and across KPIs, driving look of success
    • Collecting and sharing insights, opportunities, competitor activity and monitoring visibility of product flow
    • Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution

    eComplete Full - Stack Software Developer |||

    Your role at eComplete

    Responsibilities and Key Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Delivery of Solutions

    • Building and configuring multiple eCommerce websites.
    • Coding of the Magento templates with functional design in collaboration with CRM, Client experience and performance teams.
    • Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
    • Designing themes and interfaces.
    • Troubleshooting integration issues.
    • Updating website features and security patches.
    • Building modules and customizing extensions
    • Setup and configure dev environment components such as Redis, Memcache, Varnish, New Relic; with 3rd party custom software integrations.

    Your role in eComplete

    Responsibilities and deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Design

    • Interpret design briefs and determine requirements as per best design practices
    • Responsible for creating designs that enhance the customer experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience across email and social media
    • Engage with more complex ideation and conceptualize visuals
    • Solve challenges with innovative designs
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Developing marketing collateral and infographics for websites and other material to send to

    clients

    • Develop digital elements including illustrations, logos, social media campaigns and mailers.
    • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic as per client and brand guidelines
    • Amend designs with client feedback

    Delivery

    • Collaborate with other departments and the rest of the design team to understand project

    • Responsible for time tracking, reporting, and achieving targets, and deliverables on your

    • Assure quality across various graphics media

    What are we looking for?

    • 1-2 years’ experience in related fields, good design background in ecommerce or agency is advantageous.||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
    • Diploma or Degree/NQF level 4 in graphic design, communication design, or similar
    • Portfolio of Design work
    • Knowledge in Adobe XD, UI and UX is advantageous but not a requirement
    • Familiarity with relevant design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
    • Keep abreast of market related trends to support company ability to be stay current
    • Use of weltpixel theme on XD
    • Use of project management software, such as ClickUp, advantageous
    • Detail-oriented
