    Manager Digital Activation- DPC

    Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

    Ensure industry-leading execution and commercial impact of adidas digital marketing concepts at selected Key-Accounts and Field accounts. Drive brand leadership on customers' eCom & digital platforms, with a focus on sell-out.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and analyze competitive/customized account specific Digital Marketing plans, linked to the Strategic Account Plans and Brand strategy, for selected Key-Accounts and Field accounts
    • Manage budget & execution of digital creative to support the Account Marketing Plans with the Account Marketing Managers and Sales
    • Coordinate with Sales and Account Marketing Manager’s to deliver key concepts, on-time across relevant digital and eCom platforms for key customers
    • Generate post-campaign reports in order to measure digital campaign support and relevant social media support across retailers' eCom and digital platforms
    • Act as the key contact for digital and social marketing campaigns to the Account's marketing team
    • Review and suggest Account digital and eCom business opportunities, on category level, to identify growth opportunities
    • Support the Sales and Marketing Teams in Digital marketing support for relevant Key and Field Account support
    • Relay digital communication needs to the Brand and Account Marketing teams

    MOPS Specialist - Data & Systems

    Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

    Plan and execute all Cluster Marketing Operations related systems and data tasks.

    Support Go-to-Market (GTM) tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM process and milestone execution; with special focus on data readiness for sell-in, order capturing & e-comm.

    Key Responsibilities

    Go-to-market

    • Align & plan GTM timelines for all related system and data task

    (incl. Product systems, Sell-in tools, CS milestones, PUR milestones).

    • Co-ordinate delivery against milestones to ensure timely & quality execution
    • Maintain & Record “product data season checklists”
    • Prepare Product system (RMA/SAP) & support sell-in systems (DST/Click) as required

    X2 Deputy Store Manager-Eastgate HC, Johannesburg & Moffet park, Port Elizabeth

    JOB PURPOSE
    Ensures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met by providing training to all associates; assisting the Store Manager in the development of staff in compliance with adidas Retail growth objectives and overseeing the daily operation of the store and assuring compliance with adidas Retail policy and procedure.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the Store Manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expense and increases productivity,
    • Assists the Store Manager by evaluating employees’ performance on a day to day basis
    • Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, payroll.
    • Effectively utilize customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas Retail goals.
    • Maintains personnel files to Company standards, assure adherence to all Company systems and procedures and maintains confidentiality of adidas Retail operating information.
    • Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.
    • Implements the security procedures set forth by adidas Head Office including, but not limited to shrinkage control, and safety inspections.
    • As needed, assists in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of the store.
    • Assists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the Store Manager overages and shortages of product.
    • Assists the Store Manager to implement and maintain management systems for planning, organization, and controlling and auditing store operations.
