    Project Administrator – Food & Bev (FTC)

    Responsibilities

    • Load CAR documents onto Global Brain for electronic approval workflow (perform final quality check – completeness & accuracy, incl. quotes, evaluation groups & cost centres)
    • Track project approvals through Schedule of Authority matrix from Global Brain (process adherence and follow-up with project managers if escalated on GB) *update approval tracker in dashboard for daily reporting
    • Create PRs in SAP once budget is released (use correct WBS element, up to date quotations & accurate Capital expense checklist / obtain from PMs)
    • Create POs & send to Project Managers to place order with vendor/s
    • Track POs (use standard project PO tracking template)
    • Close workflows & if not possible, then follow up with Project Managers on receipting discrepancies (to ensure that workflow is closed)
    • Follow up on supplier payments & GRIRs with Accounts Payable to support Project Managers with timely supplier payments
    • Initiate and perform GRV *where applicable

    Qualifications

    Storeman - Pepsico Park CDC Snacks

    Job Description
    Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound loads from Isando, Parow, Prospecton and  Co manufactures, approximately 18 loads per shift but not limited to the minimum.
    • Manage the receiving location , by ensuring all stock is receipted with the opportunity for put away to be completed.
    • All pallets must be scanned and staged whilst the pre-Advice is completed in WMS.
    • Ensure  GRV and Pre-Advice documents are signed as acknowledgement of stock received, including completion of all relevant Chep transactions on system.
    • Ensure all relevant documentation are correctly signed,dated,debriefed and handed over the inventory controller for completion on a daily basis.
    • Inbound loads must be checked for accuracy and discrepancies must be recorded on the daily count list. Confirmation of expiry date info per load is also required in this process.
    • Perfom and assist with weekly and monthly cycle counts and report shortage and surplus of stocks and pallets to ensure minimum stock loss.
    • Returns from locations must be accurately received and ensure that it is matched to the GRV prior to receiving of stock. This info must be shared with admin clerk to process outstanding GIT claims.
    • Control the receipt and storage  of stock so as to ensure that all stock items can be accounted for at all times.
    • Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained to minimize any safety hazard.

    Qualifications

    Shopper Marketing Manager: Beverages - Pepsico Park CDC Snacks

    Responsibilities

    COMMERCIAL

    • Work with DX Insights team to ensure insights led / shopper centric thinking in all customer, category and commercial initiatives, enabling a ‘step change’ in engagement with key customers – across all channels
    • Work with category team to translate shopper and category insights/brand strategy into customer growth opportunity (which channel to invest, optimal storelist, etc)

    • Create execution process communicating execution objectives and timelines.
    • Embed the EDGE principles in the day to day operations of Shopper Marketing
    • Own booking of media logistics and budget management, ensuring strict COSO Compliance
    • Drive efficiencies on merchandising E2E creation and tracking
    • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and merchandising manager to ensure optimal POS solution for activations, embedding shopper insight and best practise to drive engagement and shopper conversion
    • Engage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment and customer centric tailoring of in store activations.
