    IT Servicedesk Engineer (6 Month Contract)

    DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    • First point of contact for customers and end-users during the scheduled shift period
    • All incidents to be managed promptly by answering of inbound telephone calls 
    • Providing basic troubleshooting within SLA
    • Logging tickets on our ITSM tool, Freshservice
    • Classification of Incidents and Requests accordingly by:
    • Ensuring that customer or store incidents are assigned the correct category, priority impact classification
    • Ensuring that the classification and categorisation of incidents and problems is done with a high degree of accuracy
    • Ensuring that service requests are routed/assigned to the correct target groups and vendors for resolution
    • Keeping track of incidents and keeping Customers/Stores  informed on the status and progress of the incident and or request
    • Monitoring and escalating incidents to relevant 2nd line support groups
    • Following up with 2nd line support and the user to ensure that incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs
    • Identifying duplicate / similar / matching incidents and identify potential problems
    • Escalating incidents where necessary to ensure that appropriate action is taken

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A relevant Diploma specialising in IT (Advantageous)
    • Grade 12
    • Must have at least 1 years’ experience in the IT field and call centre environment
    • Good understanding of computer software and hardware, mobile devices and other tech products

    Digital Marketing Specialist - Stellenbosch

    DUTIES

    Marketing:

    • Conceptualise and implement the Hungry Lion digital and communication plan and appropriate marketing strategies in the most cost-effective way ensuring brilliant standards, effective strategic positioning, and breakthrough creativity that delivers results and drives brand equity.
    • Research and seek innovative digital opportunities and development of tactical marketing activities and digital campaigns.
    • Drive the planning, direction, coordination, and roll-out of professional and relevant collateral for different market segments and campaigns.
    • Segment audiences and understand customer buying behaviours and profiles.
    • Guide content marketing strategy and support the creation of innovative media content partnerships to amplify reach and drive customer engagement.
    • Work with the Brand Marketing team to create aligned customer communications across all channels.

    Web:

    • Work with the web development team to implement and maintain company websites to ensure content and visuals are current and constantly updated.
    • Plan, prepare and implement digital campaign briefs for the design team and liaise with the web development team to ensure campaigns are rolled out, optimised, and performing well.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (monthly).
    • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all key metrics, KPIs, and learnings.
    • Optimise, monitor, and report on campaigns and content as necessary and provide tactical solutions.

    Relationship Building & Networking:

    • Develop positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and act as their primary point of contact.
    • Drive new partnership growth opportunities with current and potential new strategic digital partners across all our markets.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Relevant qualification.

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
    • Proven success working across Facebook and Twitter’s marketing platforms.

    Experience in

    • data analysis, creating insights, embedding learnings, and collaborating with partners across various markets.
    • managing social media and display/search advertising campaigns.
    • identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • working with media partners/ publishers to run media campaigns at the market level.
    • working with technical teams on digital initiatives.
    • Familiarity with the digital media landscape and exposure to the likes of YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (E.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to analyse data from multiple sources.
    • Technical knowledge and implementation of the different types of remarketing strategies.
    • Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Desirable

    • Appropriate experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail environments.

    DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    Construction Project Manager - Stellenbosch

    DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the building/construction projects and progress thereof.
    • Scope the projects including equipment, materials, and manpower.
    • Determines the project budget, timing, and costs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
    • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and key team members of the project team.

    Creditors Clerk (6 month contract)

    DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monthly management of creditors.
    • Obtaining all invoices from suppliers.
    • Ensuring that the necessary taxes are correctly withheld (this will be taught on the job).
    • Capturing invoices from suppliers and agreeing invoices to GRV (for trade)/ PO (for  expense).
    • Maintaining monthly reconciliations of suppliers' statements and system balances (creditors age analysis).
    • Preparing payments based on monthly recons.
    • Adhering to month-end reporting and payment deadlines.
    • Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis.

    Essential:

    • Matric.
    • 2 years experience working on MS Excel (intermediate-level).
    • Accounting knowledge and experience.

    Desirable:

    • Accounting as a subject in Matric.
    • Relevant finance qualification.
    • Experience in the creditors process.
