    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Brings technical skills and expertise to drive customer approval and deployment of FN products/services
    • Brings technical skills and expertise required for successful execution of a project.
    • Delivers professional services for all stages of the project from architectural design, proof of concept, detailed network design/integration, field trial, deployment, and migrations/upgrades post deployment
    • Supports Sales and Business Development teams to secure orders and with Customer Delivery teams to secure project execution and revenue
    • Technical Development & Technical Certification of the Customer Engineering Profiles.
    • Assure effective cost for the services provided.

    • Network design
    • (HLD/LLD)
    • Services Sales, SVM
    • Services Delivery on time, with Quality
    • Technical Project Plan
    • Customer Roadmap Files

    Qualifications

    • At least 7 years experience in technical program management, development, engineering, customer technical support
    • Bachelors degree (BS), minimum requirement, or equivalent experience
    • Proficiency with personal computer business applications such as Power Point, Excel, and Word.
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills – a must!
    • Identifying, analyzing and solving problems
    • Tenacity to work towards resolution of all problems
    • Mature and Proactive Leadership skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of supporting customers.
    • Excellent planning skills.
    • Excellent critical thinking and negotiation abilities.
