Job Summary:

• Flash is looking to hire a Senior Android Developer to work as part of the software development teams to build and maintain existing and new Android apps for use within the company and by company clients

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification
• 3-5 years relevant experience in an environment that builds and maintains the full spectrum of Android apps
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with RESTful JSON services required
• Experience with .Net MVC to be able to enhance existing JSON interfaces if required
• Experience in a Retail, Payments or Banking environment is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Android app development – full range of devices and OS integration (Location, Contacts, Camera etc.)
• SQL Lite as part of the Android SDK
• Android deployment and Google Play Store management
• RESTful JSON web services

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maximise Content Services’ product offering through enhanced efficiencies and differentiators to market
• Liaison between Content Services and various Flash Group functions, including, inter alia:
• Group Product
• Flash Switch product
• Technical Product Team / Tech
• FGC operations manager
• FGC Project manager
• 1voucher
• Research and viability:
• In collaboration with the Operations team research of new product ideas and concepts for Content Services division,
• Product Market research
• Product Viability assessment
• Clients and markets
• Technical requirements

Inbound action:

• Scope plan, design & spec new Brands & products for preparation of integration into flash systems
• Ensure all brand requirements (e.g. Slip format, CHIT card design & approval) are planned and executed
• Liaise between Brand partners and Technical Product Team (TPT)
• Plan & build integration project plans with operations team

Outbound action:

• Scope, plan, design new products tom be ready for market
• Build & control and prepare new products with the FlashSwitch Product and KAM teams – i.e. as per Brand Requirements
• Build & control and prepare new products with the Flash Trader teams i.e. as per Brand Requirements

Job Summary:

• Flash is looking to hire a Technical Team Lead. In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to ensure continuous project architecture for the front and back end, working closely with the Product team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification
• A Minimum of 3 years Android Native experience
• Minimum 5 years .Net experience in an environment that builds and maintainsthe full spectrum of Android apps
• RESTful JSON services (required)
• Experience with .Net MVC in order to enhance existing JSON interfaces, if required
• Sound knowledge in Entity Framework
• Ability and skill to work well with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
