    Brand Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ownership of Premier Bet brand strategy across 18 African markets, driving targeting, positioning and marketing objectives
    • Planning and delivery of brand marketing campaigns in cooperation with local stakeholders
    • Briefing and coordination of advertising material, in cooperation with inhouse design team
    • Local marketing budget management, in cooperation with country management and finance
    • Ownership of quantitative and qualitative competitive insights
    • Monthly reporting on user behaviour and commercial metrics
    • Quarterly reporting on brand health metrics

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Trained marketer with a holistic understanding of marketing effectiveness
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a brand management or marketing role, either advertiser-side or agency-side.
    • Either Fluent French or Portuguese speaking.
    • Experience in campaign managing above the line marketing channels (TV, Outdoor, Radio, Brand display)
    • Creative copy writing skills
    • Effective campaign briefing
    • Proven project management experience, enabling you to deliver upon challenging timelines

    HR Generalist

    HR Administration:

    • Appointment & Termination documentation including conducting exit interviews (letters/Unemployment Forms/Certificate of Service /Membership to Medical aid & Provident Fund etc.)
    • Present Human Resources Section of On-Boarding Programme to new staff and co-ordinate the On-Boarding programme for other Departments.
    • Manage the capturing of HR information and data into the relevant systems and assure the integrity of the data.
    • Provide advice and information to the functional leads and employees on HR policies and procedures. Ensuring that management and staff understand company’s policies and procedures and apply them correctly.
    • Manage and update business organisational organograms and ensure that all organograms are up to date.
    • Do quarterly STATS reports for the South African Government as per legislation.

    Employee Relations:

    • Provide advice to functional leads on disciplinary cases, grievances and incapacity.
    • Review practices to ensure statutory compliance and regularly provide guidance to functional leads.
    • Represent the organisation at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration).
    • Manage and coordinate employee wellness.

    Recruitment:

    • Ensure that the Recruitment process is adhered to, and jobs are timeously advertised and tracked.
    • Manage and conduct interviews with functional leads and selection test and make recommendations to the HR Manager.
    • Supervise the orientation of new employees.
    • Manage probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
    • Ensure that the site job descriptions are relevant and up to date.

    Talent Management:

    • Coach functional leads on Performance Management Process and T&O Review process.
    • Coordinate the performance appraisal documents and consolidate performance ratings.
    • Drive the succession planning for the site.
    • Facilitate employment equity target setting and monitor profile.
    • Ensure that the EE committee meetings takes place quarterly.
    • Drive change management initiatives in line with the business and organisational objectives.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR management

    Payment Processing Manager

    Responsibilities include the following:

    • Analyzing rejection strategy
    • Manage a team of Deposit Specialists.
    • Maximize player acceptance rates, behaviour and journeys through analytical data.
    • Ensure deposit costs are marginalized.
    • Manage players on tiers - New/ regular/VIP through effective whitelisting.
    • Timeous reviews of limits and anticipation of core peak revenue times.
    • Optimizing all deposit methods on a country level.
    • Providing Support for processors that go down or that need to be shut down as well as reduce emergency maintenance.
    • Test new processors and take them live (Liaise with Aris with regards to Integration).
    • Training of new Team Members coming into the Payments Department.
    • Operational reports to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
    • Processor operations, to ensure all processors that are active are functioning optimally.
    • Communicating to all affected stake holders of all issues affecting casino operations.
    • Ensuring all departments processors and procedures are being adhered to across the department.

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Be Technical, ability to make data driven decisions using metrics and ratios to trigger reviews effectively, so we can mitigate risk real time.
    • Have a customer centric mindset in aligning processing and player experience.
    • Continuous communication with the team. Keep your finger on the pulse of the business.

    • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement by being proactive.
    • Have strong Leadership skills and continuously develop them.
    • Organization and planning, be able to juggle multiple priorities and projects at any given time ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a friendly disposition.
    • Adaptability, this is key to being on top of processing to ensure we think outside the box and keep abreast of industry standards and know our systems and their flaws.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or related.
    • Experience in iGaming, online sports, or banking.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a banking & processing role.
    • Broad knowledge of processing and merchant procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Preferably Excel).

    Advantageous:

    • Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies.
    • Proficient in Power BI, Jira and Confluence.
    • Technically aware, comfortable working with multiple IT systems, databases, and programs.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
