    Data & AI Capability Lead

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Analytics Capability Building:

    • Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive analytics upskilling program, catering to different levels of the organization, from executives to the broader workforce.
    • Spearhead data literacy programs to ensure a consistent increase in workforce proficiency in analytics and its business applications. 

    Strategic Communication:

    • Develop and maintain communication strategies to promote our in-house analytics products, team accomplishments, analytics updates, market trends, and more.
    • Utilize various internal channels such as workplace and newsletters, as well as external mediums like LinkedIn and conferences to share information and position the company as a thought leader in the analytics space.
       

    Analytics Maturity Enhancement:

    • Create, implement, and manage a robust analytics maturity assessment tool and a corresponding action plan embedded in the analytics capability frameowkr to increase analytics maturity of OpCos, Regions and Global
    • Establish a clear analytics maturity baseline and effectively communicate this to management teams, ensuring that functions within OpCos, Regions and Global understand and strive for higher maturity levels. 

    AI Capability Knowledge Exchange

    • Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive platform that facilitates knowledge exchange and collaboration in AI across the organization.
    • Create and establish a robust framework for capturing, organizing, and distributing AI-related knowledge and best practices across the organization.
    • Develop and enforce standards for documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance of AI knowledge assets.
    • Implement governance structures to manage knowledge lifecycle, including creation, review, update, and archival processes.

     Education and Experience:

    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree 
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in (digital & analytics) transformation, communication, consulting or a related field, with substantial experience in a leadership role focused on transformation.
    • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing analytics capability building programs and data literacy initiatives across large organizations.
    • Extensive experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

     Transformation and Capability Building:

    • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation through analytics and data-driven initiatives.
    • Strong experience in developing and implementing comprehensive upskilling and capability building programs.
    • Expertise in creating and managing frameworks to assess and enhance analytics maturity at various organizational levels.

     Strategic Communication:

    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies to promote analytics initiatives and foster a data-driven culture.
    • Ability to utilize a variety of communication channels, both internal and external, to effectively disseminate information and position the organization as a thought leader in analytics.

     Leadership and Influence:

    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing talent within the organization.
    • Ability to influence and drive change across different organizational levels and geographies.
    • Experience in collaborating with senior management to align analytics initiatives with business objectives and strategies.

    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans to enhance analytics capabilities.

    Process Controller Pot Stills

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Efficiently operate the Copper Pot Stills on a 12hour shift basis
    • Continuously monitor and manage the distillation processes
    • Organoleptic evaluation of distillate on a continuous basis to ensure quality product
    • Ensure strict loss control on the distillation processes
    • Clean, repair and do maintenance on stills and equipment in the stillhouse
    • Ensure accurate record keeping of required documentation
    • Ensure compliance with OHSAct standards
    • Drawing and testing of production tank samples
    • Participate in TPM activities (Continuous Improvement)
    • Participate in effective problem solving
    • Ad hoc duties as and when required

      The successful candidate must have the following attributes, qualification, skills and experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent preferably with mathematics & science
    • A relevant tertiary level qualification will be advantageous
    • A minimum of 3 years general Cellar experience
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Accuracy and attention to detail orientated
    • Excellent Health
    • Ability and willingness to conduct sensory evaluations
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Relevant experience in a distillation environment would be highly advantageous
    • Willingness to work irregular hours on a shift basis (evenings and weekends included)
    • Own or access to reliable transport
    • Punctuality and attendance reliability

    Sales Representative

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Drive market share
    • Drive and maintain Accessibility, Availability and Activation and Affordability for clients
    • Drive RSP
    • Brand portfolio approach across all categories Beer, Wine, Spirits and RTD
    • Drive price-driven promotions and power pack compliance agreements with customers
    • Build partnerships with customers
    • Maintain call strike rate

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Diploma / Degree)

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

    • 2-3 years of FMCG or relevant experience
    • A valid drivers license - Code 08 without endorsements with at least 2 years driving experience
    • Weekend work and promotions
    • Persuasive selling skills & negotiation
    • Sales Commercial Insights: Awareness and understanding of the implications of fundamental commercial implications on day-to-day decisions
    • Sales process management :Understand the primary key drivers of sales in different channels
    • Sales Product Knowledge: Product relevance by channel, cluster and tier understood and applied
    • Sales strategies and plans to sustain brand growth
    • Sales Technology Application: Demonstrate an understanding of how technology works within the sales process
