    Job Purpose:

    • Create, present, and produce high-quality written content from brainstorming to publication. Develop engaging campaigns to increase traffic and build brand presence.

    Management Accountability:

    • Direct Reports: None
    • Indirect Reports: Freelance content creators as required

    Key Stakeholders:

    • Internal: Marketing Team, Central Marketing Team; Brand, PR, Content Team
    • External: Freelance content creators, musicians, artists, audio technicians, and media

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation (40%)

    • Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging content
    • Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience
    • Conduct keyword research and generate topics
    • Write, proofread, and publish content
    • Implement strategies to increase organic traffic

    Copywriting (40%)

    • Produce promotional content for various offers and events
    • Ensure content is innovative, fresh, and accurate
    • Align content with business and promotional events

    Stakeholder Engagement (20%)

    • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders
    • Collaborate with designers and maintain project timelines

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, English, or journalism

    Digital SEO Copywriter- Sunbet

    Digital SEO Copywriter

    • The Digital SEO Copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling online content for a leading sports betting and online gaming company. The writer will serve as the digital team’s primary writer for blog posts, web pages, long-form articles, and external forums, with the primary objective of improving the company’s organic search results, expanding the online digital audience, and helping grow online revenue. Additionally, the role includes providing on-page content and other necessary content.

    Job Scope & Responsibilities

    • Write high-quality, error-free, original, and engaging long-form sports/gambling copy
    • Work with the design team in the visual selection process for every copy to drive user experience, e.g., infographics
    • Take complex topics and break them down into digestible, engaging, shareable content
    • Develop both new articles/pages and optimize/rewriting existing pages/articles
    • Develop content plans/topics aligned with the broader SEO strategy
    • Conduct keyword research and topic generation
    • Write compelling copy focused on keyword research/target keywords with SEO and conversion in mind
    • Research and fact-check thoroughly to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
    • Publish blog posts and web content on WordPress according to the content calendar
    • Collaborate cross-functionally for content ideation
    • Build and implement initiatives to help increase organic traffic to the company website
    • Work quickly and deliver content consistently, accurately, and on time

    People Specification

    Qualifications:

    • 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, communication, English, journalism
    • GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification) is an advantage
    • Copywriting certification

    Experience:

    • 5 years of experience working within a digital role as a copywriter; producing digital content
    • Experience in the use of SEO Tools and Google Analytics for measuring and reporting
    • Exposure/knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming/casino industry is a strong advantage
