    Head of Digital Marketing

    Job Description

    • A dynamic full-service marketing agency is in search of an enthusiastic leader with a passion for digital marketing and the PPC space to join their team. The successful candidate will lead and manage the digital team, overseeing all digital advertising projects across platforms such as Meta and Google.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to develop digital strategies, troubleshoot issues, and make sound recommendations on marketing tactics to be implemented to ensure the clients’ needs are met through successful digital campaigns.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the digital team, overseeing all digital advertising projects across platforms such as Meta and Google. Ensure high-quality output and adherence to best practices.
    • Training and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, including overseeing digital marketing training, and continuous education on advertising strategies.
    • Project Management: Support Account Managers, provide guidance to the Client Service team during the initial briefings to final delivery. Ensure projects stay within scope, deadlines are met, and profitability targets are achieved.
    • Process Improvement: Drive improvements in the digital department’s processes and practices, ensuring efficiency and high standards are maintained.
    • Reporting and Accountability: Monitor and report on team performance, client project statuses, and budget reconciliations for social and Google Ads spends.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification
    • 3 Years plus experience in a digital agency
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

    Payroll Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • New Employee Setup: Capture and verify personal and job-related information, handle salary calculations, and integrate data across systems.
    • Batch Imports: Prepare, import, and reconcile data for various accounts and incentives.
    • Manual Processing: Ensure accurate handling of payroll adjustments, deductions, and compensation changes.
    • Transfers & Terminations: Manage employee transfers between companies, handle terminations, and ensure accurate final payments.
    • InfoSlips & Payslips: Extract, upload, and manage payslips; assist with any related queries.
    • Monthly Reports: Generate and distribute various payroll reports; handle ad hoc requests.
    • Payroll Support: Serve as a liaison between Payroll, HR, and employees, addressing queries and issues.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Completed BCom Degree
    • 2 – 4 years payroll experience
    • VIP Payroll experience
    • Strong excel skills

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years as a copywriter across various platforms
