    Paid Social Specialist

    Role:

    • Setting up and managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), an extension of the international operations team
    • Optimizing campaigns throughout, to ensure optimal performance
    • Liaise with the international operations team, strategists within the agency and clients on suggested budgets, creative & best practice
    • Reporting, using our technology tool
    • Custom reports – according to agency requirements
    • Providing strong insights, according the original campaign strategy and KPI’s.
    • Must be able to translate data into useful insights.
    • Ensuring all booked revenue is recognized while campaign objectives are consistently met or exceeded

    Digital Marketing (PPC) Growth Specialist

    ROLE PROFILE: SENIOR PPC SPECIALIST

    Key Role Responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting up, testing, developing & improving PPC campaigns
    • Devising paid strategies to drive online traffic to our websites
    • Making strategic recommendations on new niches or targeting opportunities for PPC
    • Collaborate with SEO, regional brand marketing teams and commercial managers to deliver a consistent brand message and positive ROI.
    • Strong communication skills especially around ROI – be able to argue a point
    • Work closely with in-house copywriters, designers, and marketers to optimise CTRs, landing pages, quality score and conversion.
    • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites
    • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
    • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, paid social and display
    • Good understanding of setting up funnels and automated emails
    • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all paid digital marketing
    • Devise our focus on opportunities such as programmatic, Taboola and other paid lever opportunities.
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
    • Ensure that the technical infrastructure is in place to provide optimal tracking and reporting.
    • Optimise and configure accounts, conduct regular analysis, and define scalable processes.
    • Create and present regular performance reports for key internal stakeholders throughout the company.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years PPC experience, with at least 1 of those in a PPC position in an agency environment
    • Experience managing PPC, Ecommerce, Social Media Ads and Affiliate programme
    • Google AdWords Certification
    • Intermediate to Advanced experience using Google Analytics (GA certified preferred).
    • Experience with AdWords Editor and keyword research/analysis/expansion/optimization tools.
    • Experience with paid media and display. DoubleClick experience is a bonus.

    Programmatic Specialist

    Qualifications

    • 2 year of experience in digital media experience across display, video, social and/or mobile; a minimum of 9 months of in-console experience with audience-based RTB media with the ability to manage bid pricing and optimization levers to meet client pacing and performance goals
    • Command of digital media math
    • Solid grasp of digital media systems and tools (ie. ad servers, tagging, ad verification, viewability)
    • Understanding of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces and ability to define “programmatic buying”
    • Proficiency in MSFT Office; with particular experience in manipulating data within Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.)
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Can multi-task, prioritize, and work both collaboratively & autonomously
    • Maintaining a profound attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay on top of a constantly evolving suite of platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings

    Key Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    Admin

    • Delegate and verify accuracy of data entry tasks
    • Coordinate tagging & pixeling workflow with adops during campaign setup
    • Own scheduling, calendar invites, and note-taking for vendor meetings

    Campaign Tasks

    • Build out IO and tactics in DSP/PMD per direction of senior team members
    • Assist in prelaunch QA
    • Monitor daily pacing and performance reporting from all relevant sources: DSP, 3PAS, 3PAV, etc.
    • Perform basic analysis and execute daily optimizations
    • Proactively collaborate with DSP reps and senior team members on optimization tactics
    • Identify and escalate any issues to appropriate internal/external contacts
    • Assist senior team members with client deliverables
    • Participate in weekly status meetings with agency partners

    Learning/Development

    • Become an expert in assigned platform(s), mastering the nuances and best practices of campaign setup, execution, and optimization options
    • Attend training courses per manager direction
    • Develop a functional understanding of agency capabilities, internal tools, and our client business
    • Assist with presentation of case studies to internal agency team

    Senior Paid Media Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and conceptualising of digital advertising strategies.
    • Presenting digital advertising strategies.
    • Excellent Social Media advertising skills
    • Excellent experience and knowledge of AdWords.
    • Optimising accounts according to campaign objectives.
    • Reporting on account performance.
    • Manage relationships with relevant publishers.
