    Store Clerk

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum of Grade 12
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience with buying and admin experience.
    • Ability to communicate with English.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Check parts catalogue for proper identification
    • Contact vendors to obtain quotes and prices
    • Prepare parts requisition on Syspro
    • Create GRN and GRV on Syspro
    • Receive shipments from vendors
    • Check vendor packing slips / invoices for accuracy
    • Enter receipts and distribution of parts / supplies into computer
    • Issue replacement parts to mechanics / Depots
    • Assist mechanics in choice of parts
    • Receive and complete all job cards on Freeway system
    • Do oil and lubrication stock sheet and balance
    • Assist Depots with parts and consumables needed
    • Conduct periodic stock takes
    • Replenish stock as shipments arrive.
    • Order and receive of bulk fuel
    • Assist with duties in the absence of transport clerk
    • Capture tyre job cards on Pro wheel

    Van Sheet Clerk

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric with Mathematics and Accounting
    • Minimum of  2-3  years  relevant  Working experience in General financial administration.
    • Ability to communicate with English
    • Computer Literacy ( Syspro & Excel.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
     Van Sheet Processing

    • Process driver van sheets and internal documents accurately and to the satisfaction of the Financial Manager (Stock in Van, Write offs, Credit notes, Credit returns, Manual invoices, Extra loads, Short loads)
    • All processing for the previous day to be completed by 10h00 the next morning
    • Maintaining good relations with drivers and assisting with driver’s route orders
    • Assist drivers by explaining their driver recons to them and assisting them with queries on entries on the driver recon.
    • Assist with the processing of sales orders for both Bulk Orders and all Formal Trade customers (when needed).
    • Mark off the orders received from Formal Trade customers against the daily checklist to ensure all orders have been received.
    • Ensure that the driver payment has been processed and appears on the front page before printing the driver van sheets
    • Immediately report any pricing differences to the relevant responsible person and the Van Sheet Supervisor
    • Check all outstanding PODS of drivers on the relevant report and follow up with the relevant driver/s thereof.
    • Ensure that POD’s received are marked off in Syspro. This will assist in having a correct POD outstanding report.
    • Ensure that POD’s received from drivers have been stamped, signed and have a GRV / GRN number.
    • Scan all Claims on Capisol and save the information to the appropriate Capisol inbox.
    • Ensure that the Capisol queue is cleared by matching all claims with the relevant credit note number from each user before commencing with the current day’s work.
    • Ensure that all system generated credit notes are attached to the actual claims received from the Formal Trade Customers.
    • Ensure that driver changes are done accurately every morning and inform the Vansheet Supervisor once done. Send all the relevant documentation to her as well.

    Printing

    • Print the driver recon (all 3 pages) and ensure that the driver signs his recon before leaving.
    • Printing of Loading Lists and Customer invoices in the afternoon,
    • Print all credit notes for claims received

    Filing & other

    •  Ensure that all documents relevant to each driver is stapled together on the driver recon (all dispatch slips & cash deposit slip).
    • File the driver recons for each day neatly and in numerical order.
    • Ensure that all signed POD’s have been sent to Nelspruit for the Debtors clerk’s attention. It must be sent after it was scanned on Capisol and after it has been marked off on Syspro as being received.
    • Maintain a list of POD’s sent to Nelspruit to ensure queries are sorted out quickly

    Technical Manager

    Job Description    

    • Provide technical support and leadership for the front-end milling team to deliver the future business model, improve alignment between the Business unit and customer requirements and raise the operational excellence for Supreme customers. 
    • The role will continue to evolve as the various key deliverables mentioned are developed and executed.

    Milling Technical Capabilities (30%)

    • Support the Milling BU and lead the front end functional teams with regards to technical knowledge, innovation development and translating customer requirements to the Mill operations
    • Develop and support the milling technical and innovation strategy / capabilities within the various FoodSolutions and Industrial channels. Raise the technical profile of Supreme to be recognized as the leading Milling business in these markets

    Customer technical support (50%)

    • Support and develop strong relationships with strategic customers through technical support, innovation and operational excellence.

    FoodSolutions and Industrial Customer Quality (10%)

    • Review and develop effective Milling operational systems to manage customer quality issues

    Projects (10%)

    • Provide support and/or lead for Milling innovation and capability projects

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A Diploma in Food Technology or similar
    • Degree in Food Science or BTech in food technology would be advantageous
    • Valid drivers licence
    • 7 years’ experience in a Food-related FMCG environment with preferably 5 years in a R&D/similar managerial role.
    • Extensive knowledge of flour milling and related applications.
    • Extensive knowledge of plant bakeries and related products.
    • Understanding of R&D processes
    • Customer relationship skill set
    • Strong fault finding abilities.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Milling Technical Capabilities (30%)
    • Develop technical capabilities within the front end technical team

    Develop the RCL’s Technical capability and skills strategy

    • Identify required skill sets, evaluate against current skills and execute the development plan and tools
    • Implement and measure effectiveness of technical team
    • Support National and Regional Technical team

    Customer technical support (50%)
    Assist with R&D on the Supreme brand for In-Store (SC, PnP, Spar & Others).

    • Support channel teams with technical issues and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders
    • Development of bespoke premixes for Instore retail.
    • Develop innovation funnel with key retailers

    Lead and support Channel Customer teams technically in the Industrial channel and QSR Channels

    • Lead the technical agenda for these channels and develop the required technical skills within the team
    • Customer support regarding technical / quality problems and trouble shooting at plant level – customer operational excellence
    • Assist in developing speciality flours and forward integration projects
    • Assist in retaining and gaining customers in the industrial channel by adding technical value
    • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute a CRM programme to build the Supreme Brand
    • Lead and support the innovation programme for key strategic customer and Supreme branded products

    FoodSolutions and Industrial Customer Quality (10%)

    • Review current operational systems and identify improvements, develop new system and execute
    • Oversight on all FoodSolutions quality issues and operational excellence

    Projects (10%)

    • Provide support to Technical exec and/or lead for Milling innovation and capability projects (forward integration / innovation capex and execution / product improvement initiatives – both production)
