    Responsibilities and Outputs:

    • Co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation, monitoring and review of strategic projects in the Life Solutions business.
    • Assist in the formulation and development of the Life Solutions strategy for the next 3 – 5 years in consultation with executive management team.
    • Continually review Life Solutions business practices against market / financial services / best practice.

    Project Manager - Parktown

    • The Project Manager must ensure all required projects and strategic initiatives within scope are planned, resourced, scheduled and managed correctly. Also, ensure that projects are rolled out within budget, both cost and time. There is a focus on IT projects and implementation and maintenance as well as operational projects. Develop and maintain effective business relationships throughout all areas of Hollard Health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand the end-to-end process for implementing projects for I.T.
    • Understand the scope of what needs to be delivered and translate these into project plans and schedules.
    • Plan and control project schedules (plans) with relevant stream leads / business analysts and delivery partners.
    • Control project quality with relevant stream leads / business analysts and delivery partners.

    • Manage project risks / incidents with relevant stream leads / business analysts, steering committee, and stakeholders.
    • Manage change brought about by the project implementations with relevant stream leads / business analysts, steering committee, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure that prevailing governance structures and processes are followed.
    • Timeously providing consolidated weekly and monthly reports on assigned projects.
    • Reporting on project budget vs. actual cost and time, arising & current governance matters, identified risks and issues, project progress.
    • Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with all Hollard Health stakeholders regarding ongoing projects.

    Required Knowledge and Experience    

    • At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT environment, managing the full SDLC, delivery, and implementation.

    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Parktown

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. The Senior TA Consultant focused on Executive /Senior appointments and hard-to-fill roles

    • The Senior TA Specialist is also a subject matter expert (SME) in a particular skill set or competency for our business and will
    • Drive and shape the right sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected markets and geographies

    • The Senior TA Consultant will be responsible for
    • At least 1 landscape mapping exercise done per annum against defined criterion
    • TAT offers to be within 60 days
    • Access to D3 and above only roles. Most research and data mining is required on these specialist senior roles, where a readily available database of suitable candidate is not available
    • To fill these roles that are time consuming
    • Jointly with the BU Cluster Head conduct talent mapping workshops with managers to understand their strategic business and operational goals and objectives, and to plan for future skill requirements

    • Grow and develop more junior team members
    • Acting as a ‘Talent Advisor’ to the business, developing actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers.     • Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right candidates to the right opportunities
    • Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Manager
    • Actively working for the Manager on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates
    • Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles
    • Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively-looking candidates through various channels
    • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
