    Our Client, an all-inclusive digital marketing agency that focuses on creating and implementing integrated strategies while breaking the mould of the traditional ‘agency and client’ relationship, is currently looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join their team.

    They operate in South Africa and across various international markets giving them the benefit of a global affiliation while maintaining local independence. 

    The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads & Search Ads 360. We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the data and looks for opportunities to improve our campaign performance. This person will work closely with the Team Lead, Account Managers & broader team to execute on the strategies to help the overall business achieve the targets

    Type: Full-Time | Office based

    Requirements

    • A Degree is required within Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science 
    •  4+ years’ experience in a paid advertising role 
    • Account management experience
    • Certifications: Google Ads (Required) Google Analytics (Required) SA360 (beneficial) DV360 (Beneficial) 

    Experience on the following platforms: 

    •  Google Ads (Required) - Across App, Display, Search, and Shopping 
    •  Google Analytics (Required) 
    •  Google Marketing Platform (Beneficial) - SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager

    Attributes:
    Attention to detail 

    • E-commerce experience across paid advertising 
    • Strong Data Analysis, Manipulation and Reporting Skills 
    • Strong Problem Solving Skills and Solutions Orientated 
    • To work under pressure in a time sensitive environment

    Responsibilities:

    Manage, Run, Optimize and Report back on Paid Advertising channels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the internal and external stakeholders, these include but are not limited to: 

    •  Google Search, Google Shopping & Discovery Ads 
    •  SA360 (beneficial) 

     Display & Video 360 (beneficial) 

    • Managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business KPI’s 
    • Keep clients up to date on day to day changes in campaign performance and issues 
    • Deliver a coherent commentary on results each week – including a summary of performance, key influences, campaign optimisation, market forces and competitive positioning 
    • Attend status meetings, results meetings and produce contact reports to ensure all meeting outcomes are reported and delivered against 
    • Support Key Account Managers in delivering effective client service 
    • Liaise with relevant departments to deliver effective Account Management 
    • Demonstrate a good competency of using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Be administratively competent
    • Deal with invoice queries quickly, alerting a senior team member to problems if/when necessary 
    • Be responsible for requesting and chasing PO’s
    • Take control of budget recons and ensure all spend for our clients financial year is account for
    • Assist business departments with paid advertising requirements, reporting, analysis and strategies 
    • Help other business departments understand and how best to implement their digital advertising requests
    • Keep up to date of changes in the digital industry and setting up tests to implement and determine the viability of these new changes on our internal paid advertising
    •  Act as the point of contact for clients on all digital requirements
    • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
    • Join the team in developing and implementing digital strategies for customers, with their business goals consistently kept top-of-mind
    • Report on and analyse digital campaigns, measuring their success and areas for optimisation
    • Work closely with our various in-house teams to ensure that all work is delivered to clients timeously

    Our Client, an all-inclusive digital marketing agency that focuses on creating and implementing integrated strategies while breaking the mould of the traditional ‘agency and client’ relationship, is currently looking for a Programmatic Display Media Specialist to join their team.

    They operate in South Africa and across various international markets giving them the benefit of a global affiliation while maintaining local independence. 

    As the Programmatic Display Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimising programmatic display/video/mobile/audio campaigns across multiple platforms. Interpreting campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to meet campaign challenges.

    Type: Full-Time | Office Based

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in-platform trading experience across major real-time buying platforms (Xander, DV360, TheTradeDesk etc.) with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

    • Proficiency in other MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

    • Third-party Ad verification reporting knowledge (IAS, Double Verify, Moat etc.)

    • Reporting knowledge from Ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, SAS)

    • Communication: strong written and verbal communication required.

    • Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and close attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement, manage and optimise buys in DSP's and other platforms.

    • Design and execute testing strategies in the interest of client media.

    • Manage vendor communication (3rd Party and PMP/PG).

    • Deliver timely and insightful reports based on campaign data analysis.

    • Manage campaign goals and measurement, such as scale, ramp-up time, creative use.

    • Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities and communicating creative solutions to planning teams.

    • Create and present client-facing collateral to support media planning cycles.

    • Maintain knowledge of ad technology buying platforms and analytics tools.

    • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the programmatic space.

    • Interpret campaign performance while providing creative insights, reporting, and media solutions to meet campaign challenges.

    • Integrate Campaign Manager 360, Display and Video 360, Google Studio and 3rd party demand-side platforms.

    • Proactively troubleshoot issues and avoid the path of least resistance (Self-sufficient).
