    Transport Controller

    Job Objectives

    • Completing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
    • Keeping records and general administration for both Despatch and Fleet
    • Route planning and Management of all Collections and Deliveries
    • To ensure that all POD documentation is accounted for and completed as per business requirements
    • Ensure proper timekeeping of all operational staff is done daily
    • All operational incidents and accidents to be investigated and as well as proper route course corrective actions implemented
    • Follow standard operating procedures and safe working practices
    • Tracking of vehicles and on route follow up and escalating of issues on the route
    • Perform any other reasonable admin duties
    • Monitor and report work performance of staff in the designated area
    • Capturing and reporting of fuel usage and fines are done on a daily basis and completed timeously.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 qualification

    Experience

    • Experience in a similar environment and industry an added advantage

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Valid Drivers License
    • Proficient in English and one other official language
    • Computer literate- Proficient in MS Office and GSuite

    QA Engineer III

    Job Objectives

    Test script generation and review

    • Develop test strategy.
    • Development and Compilation of test plans and models.
    • Specify functional / non-functional test and data requirements.
    • Test case scenario / script development and Sequencing of test cases. 
    • Design the Test Case Library and Create test scripts. 
    • Definition and implementation of test & defect management processes 
    • Log defects and change requests.
    • Update test cases / script maintenance.
    • Review and approve test plans and monitor the test plan execution.
    • Oversee and advise the testing process, approve tests scenarios for integration into the test plan. 
    • Approve, lead, and monitor the test script testing using the applicable testing tool. 
    • Review and sign-off final test scripts and monitor the execution.
    • Scheduling and Execution of test cases / scripts / packs.

    Test prerequisites compilation:

    • Review and approve the test materials and environment (BRD, BRS, FS, IFS, etc) set - up suitable for test execution. 
    • Identification of system functions for testing / scripting.
    • Identification and extraction of test requirements with expected results and success criteria. 
    • Liaise with development & business analysts and management. 
    • Prototyping / proof of concepts for tooling and technical solutions.
    • Review and Sign - off the test results pack to complete the testing process. 
    • Risk analysis and identification.

    Maintenance of performance test scripts, ensuring high quality and accuracy:

    • Review and approve the written test case/ specification or execute the automated scripts / test suites.
    • Review and approve the test results plan compilation to ensure results accuracy and debug any highly complex script failures.
    • Approve the report and prepare for final submission and recommend the regression test.
    • Framework development and maintenance.

    Maintenance of high quality and accuracy:

    • Lead, review, and quality assure the assessment of the application under test and ensure that it meets the necessary expectations as defined by business.
    • Lead the definition of and approve the quality assurance criteria in all testing activities and ensureits execution.
    • Review and approve the test documentation to reflect current system operations and review the improvements implemented.
    • Lead and review the development and improvement of testing process and initiatives.
    • Lead, review and sign off on the maintenance and upkeep of the automated scripts.

    Team development:

    • Check and monitor quality of own work and review, monitor the team's output to ensure the operational excellence and high-quality standards. 
    • Manage performance gaps and mentor and coach junior team members and oversee and ensure effective team technical development according to their performance gaps where required. 
    • Lead, coordinate and ensure effective communication within the team and with all key stakeholders.

    Test closure activities:

    • Ensure test completion - no outstanding high-risk issues, defects have been fixed and retested or deferred or accepted as permanent restrictions. Handover test artefacts to relevant teams (e.g., maintenance or support teams). Participate in project retrospectives and contribute and document lessons learned. Archive test work products, like test results, test logs, test status reports etc.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma /Degree in Information Systems / B.Sc. Computer Science (or similar).
    • ISTQB Agile.
    • ISTQB Expert level.

    Experience

    • +6 years’ experience on the following:
    • Manual testing experience.
    • Automation scripting (i.e., using Java, SQL, Python, PHP, C#, etc.) using various tools, such as 
    • Maven, Junit, Selenium, APPIUM, UFT, Sikuli, BDD framework etc. 
    • SQL experience. 
    • GUI/API automation/performance solutions using different tools.
    • Testing in an Agile environment.
    • Testing in a retail / financial.
