    Floor Supervisor (40hr)

    About the Job

    Position Description:

    • Are you passionate about our brands and would like to join a leading retailer?
    • As a Floor Supervisor you will support the store leadership team in developing, managing the floor team, and support the store to achieve maximum customer service experience.

    Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

    • The ability to support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
    • Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer centric mindset.
    • Generating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
    • Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.
    • Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles
    • Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc).

    Requirements:

    • A Matric certificate.
    • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
      • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.

    • Successfully source and procure jewellery
    • Work closely with the planner, through analysis of previous sales patterns, market trends and brand initiatives.

    • Build and maintain good relationships with staff, suppliers and key functions in the business.

    • A working knowledge of the current computer software packages (knowledge of Excel, Word & E-mail would be preferable).

    Merchandise Assistant

    Position Description:

    • Combine your passion for jewellery with your proven administrative ability in this critical function within the Jewellery division!

    Your passion for this industry will drive you to:

    • Load new styles onto the relevant merchant systems
    • Work with suppliers and QC to manage samples
    • Plan and manage the administration related to range board layouts
    • Liaise with Buying departments on Buyers product styles classes
    • Update sample tracking lists for both the Samples and Merchant departments
    • The successful candidate must:

    • Be highly organised, numerate, and have exceptional co-ordination ability
