    MOP Operator

    Job Description
    About the position 

    • Operate the machine, or machine section, in a safe manner ensuring overall machine output, waste and
    • quality targets are achieved. To operate in team environment driving execution excellence.

    What will you be doing?

    • Follow safe operating practices when operating machine, by ensuring guarding is in place and follow works instructions
    • Maintain high levels of housekeeping in department
    • Operate machine to target output and waste levels
    • Participate in problem solving to ensure machine uptime is maximised
    • Ensure that all products are produced to specification with minimal variability, using the
    • Quality Management System
    • Record quality information on prescribed documentation
    • Assist with change overs on machines
    • Record production and delay data on prescribed documentation
    • Maintain asset condition and address/escalate technical issues
    • Verify process settings and optimise as necessary
    • Drive continuous improvement on the asset
    • Comply to operator standard work

    Consumer Services Representative with English and Spanish / fixed contract

      • Handle consumer contacts from all channels effectively, efficiently and promptly and determine the nature of the interaction.
      • Manage and share consumer insights
      • Compose and translate text where needed
      • Focus on providing best in class consumer services experience
      • Ensure all Regulatory and GDPR processes are adhered to.
      • Continuous Improvement by using LEAN principles, Visual Management and Standard Work

    About you 

    • You have a Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
    • Telephone etiquette / experience with Salesforce is an advantage
    • Experience in a Customer/Consumer Care function and/or complaint management.
    • Excellent professional, interpersonal, written and communication skills
    • You are Fluent in speaking and writing in English AND Spanish 
    • Can work independently and good at motivating themselves
    • Flexible, able to handle change and resilient
    • Good time management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Salesforce knowledge
    • Able to work from home unaffected during load shedding/work from the office in Bryanston/Johannesburg when required
