Position Overview:
A successful Innovation Finance Manager drives thought leadership, and builds collaborative business partnerships with the Africa Organization Unit on the financial requirements needed to identify opportunities that create significant business value and drive long term system sustainable profitable growth. Provide relevant financial analysis and support to the Franchises finance teams for decision making regarding innovation projects, including business models, negotiations, target identification and assessment. Develops the financial models that underpin various innovation platforms, including break even and accretive margin frameworks to partner the innovation and incubation platforms. Serves as a consultant and subject matter expert to the Finance organization and Innovation organization by constructing portfolio view of market opportunities regarding the innovation investments and related categories.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Assesses innovation investments, identifies value creation opportunities for existing and potential initiatives, recommends programs and define actions
Manages Collaborative Partnerships with Organization Unit and Franchise Stakeholders
Create/Customizes System Financial Guidelines and Ensures guidelines are applied within the Business Unit, Franchises while driving process improvement
Lead the financial evaluation of mid / long-term RGM initiatives and business strategies for the innovation projects. Understands and develop the system revenue strategic framework from yearly projections to the Long-Term
Develop and implement financial models, analysis, and reports for key customer, including but not limited to (P&Ls, Cash Flows, ROIs, Benchmarks, Executive Summaries, etc.)
Performs competitor’s financial analysis to support management in the development and implementation of relevant commercial strategies.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Related Work Experience:
6 - 8 years relevant experience in financial analysis, commercial finance and project management.

Position Overview:
A successful Strategic Investments Manager is one who can execute a strong finance strategy in partnership with one the OU Global Category Leads to drive growth and profitability for their category.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Category Investment Director, Category Teams and other OU Leaders to support all financial needs of one of the smaller OU Category teams (1), driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
Category and brand performance against key business metrics, including analysis of material variances
Development and communication of insights and trends across categories, markets, brands, etc, including competitive insights and analysis
Development and communication of profit pool analysis across categories, markets, brands, etc … including emerging categories
Reporting on investment levels and ROI metrics
Benchmarking across other OUs, competitors and peer companies
Assess financial implications related to new business models, tax law changes or proposals, competitor actions and reactions

Position Overview:
The Resource Allocation Finance Manager will provide and explain key business and performance metrics to system (Coca-Cola and bottler) business leaders to allow proactive and timely investments decisions, including reallocations of funds. Co-lead the implementation of best-in-class ROI tools and methodologies, build and maintain collaborative relationships with budget-owners, mostly outside of finance, and align on the primary goal of maximizing investment returns and recommend alternatives for the Africa Organization Unit/Franchises to meet or exceed its BP and RE commitments, including adjustment of investment decisions based on business performance and returns.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Management and overall responsibility for the Franchise DMI investments (both Marketing Deductions and Direct Marketing Expenses) and oversight responsibility for Bottler DMI investments ensuring consistency in approach, analysis of returns and business performance tracking.
Responsible to drive focus, understanding and use of marketing and investment ROI analysis tools and metrics across all investments – Coca-Cola and Bottler; embedding a culture of clear financial responsibility in every budget owner.
Provide resource re-allocations recommendations across the Organization Unit and Franchises, as well as across categories and brands, always based on fact based financial data to support the investment decisions.
Communicate to management business performance against specific KBIs.
Lead and coordinate the DMI ZBW process across the OU and support the alignment of DMI investments with FUs and Bottling Partners.

Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting and commercial finance.
MEM experience preferred but not essential.

Integrated data strategy, sourcing, management, and accessibility are at the heart of this transformation and TCCC is building dedicated global leadership and teams to ensure the provision of an end-to-end data platform across all markets.
The Consumer Marketing Data Manager, as a part of the Global Platform Services Marketing Data team, will work closely with the Africa OU to develop our next generation data strategy diagnostics and protocols and help lead our OU and agency partners towards it. A few core areas of focus include:
Strong partnership with Africa and Global Human Insights, as well as other teams (e.g., category marketing, marketing performance, commercial) to deliver business results based on industry leading research studies and methodologies.
Strong partnership with Platform Services Data & Analytics teams to achieve optimal synergies between advanced analytics and marketing research, delivering a service that the business requires while fully leveraging all existing research/data assets
Overall thought leadership and management of the foundational research platforms as a unified knowledge asset. Includes ensuring that overall business needs are being met at the appropriate level investment while also delivering effective vendor management support where needed.
What You’ll Do for Us:
DIAGNOSTIC AND PROTOCOL MANAGEMENT
Support management of all steps in developing, maintaining, and enhancing large scale consumer tracking studies from gathering of insight objectives, sample design, questionnaire development, supplier management, analysis plan development to platform rollout and training.
Support the relationship with current data suppliers, partnering with Operating Units and Global Platform Services teams, guaranteeing optimal service delivery and enhancement of identified marketing consumer diagnostics and protocols.
Be a partner to Marketing Platform Services Analytics team, Platform Services Data and Technology teams, OU Human & Commercial Insights teams, OU Strategy and Category partners.
Work with the above to assess diagnostics and foundational protocol needs. Support development and maintenance of required diagnostics and foundational protocols at the local OU and global level.
GLOBAL LIAISON & ALIGNMENT – PLATFORM SERVICES
Sync Africa OU with Global Team standards and ways of working including protocol alignment.
Input into the shaping of protocols to deliver the best consumer data landscape for the whole TCCC system, effectively promoting innovation, data scalability and standardization.
INDUCTION & TRAINING
Support agencies in running trainings of Africa OU associates on datasets, access, independent analysis, and interpretation of diagnostics and protocols.
Promote the data to ensure it is embraced and used appropriately to produce excellent business outcomes.
BUSINESS REPORTING/DATABASE MANAGEMENT
Define data delivery requirements, ingestion, cleaning, metric construction, data harmonization (GTC) and warehousing so that data is consistent, comparable, and accurate across our foundational protocol consumer information base.
BUDGET + QUALITY CONTROL
Africa and Platform Services Foundational Protocol Budget Management Support including Budget/ PO/ SOW management. Working with the OU and Platform Services Procurement and Finance teams to ensure finance process adherence.
Working with our core providers across Consumer Performance to ensure quality questionnaire/stimulus translation including Brand/Attribute/Module Updates/Sampling design
Data quality investigation (sample design, universe update, ad hoc research to validate, etc.)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Define and project manage standard protocols in the Consumer Tracking/Landscape for the OU
Africa OU point of contact for Global Platform Services Marketing Consumer Data Diagnostics and Protocols Team
Qualifications & Requirements:
Functional Skills:
Marketing Research Skills: In-depth knowledge of sampling methods and proven ability to design and manage large, ongoing, research platforms.
Analytic Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources to solve business problems
Knowledge of analytic techniques such as Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Segmentation Techniques, and Statistical Testing.
Custom Marketing Research Capability: Ability to support development and direction of custom research projects; ability to explain and interpret data in a way that is meaningful to business needs.
Research Knowledge: Knowledge of industry and customer research resources (e.g., Nielsen, Spectra, CREST, etc.) and a basic knowledge of methods for gathering information (i.e., survey techniques). Knowledge of KO proprietary studies a plus.
Presentation Skills: Proven presentation skills to convey insights and training material.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally- in interactions with senior leaders, and in written presentations utilizing "storytelling techniques" to communicate a clear, compelling, and cohesive story.
Network/Resources and Cross Functional Relationships: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes. Must be able to support leading teams of internal and external resources strategically and operationally
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required. Experience with and working knowledge of statistics packages (R, SPSS, Python, SAS, etc.) and data manipulation (SQL, etc.) is a big plus
Related Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of work experience with marketing research expertise. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work they've done as it pertains to this role. Needs to have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources. Experience in a global role preferred. Ideally needs to have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability.
