    To assist with advanced analytics and deep insight by:

    • providing customer centric data analytics, including alternative methods of aggregating raw data (internal and external), which will ultimately influence the way in which we view and act on customer behaviour and customer health, i.e. identifying risks and opportunities; and
    • implementing the use of machine learning to challenge and improve predictive modelling techniques, the available characteristic universe across the customer life cycle and optimising segmentation to enhance model performance. Solutions should satisfy customer centricity and digitisation objectives.

Experience with data mining and retail credit risk modelling. Communication skills, in particular, communication of technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Coding ability and experience to deal with big datasets (preferably in SAS, R, Python or SQL). Some experience of machine learning modelling techniques, with an understanding of underlying details and parameters.  Good analytical problem-solving skills.

    Accountable for preparation and Drafting of Lease Proposals for Landlords acceptance for Branches and Non- Customer Facing Entities. These include New, Renewals, Revamps, Relocations, Reductions in space and exits. This learnership will be designed to help you gain both theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in key roles within the Automotive Retail and Commercial Asset Finance business units of Group Vehicle and Asset Finance.  The work experience will   focus on administration, sales, and service functions. You will also have an opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and work in teams.  At the end of the learnership you will have a better understanding of asset mobility and asset-based finance within the Banking industry.

    QUALIFICATIONS

Very good understanding of the billing process and understand the impact markets have on performance fee calculations. Comprehensive knowledge of markets and settlement processes (local and offshore) and Portfolio transfers. Experience in daily cash reconciliation. Produce Regulation 28 compliance certificates & SARB reports. Understand the IT3, FATCA and CRS requirements and submissions to SARS. Familiar with market prices and valuations.
