    Financial Manager

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Accounting or Finance Option), Economics, Administration, or Business Management
    • Minimum 5 years’ cumulative experience in a comparable position in a reputable organization
    • Registration with SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) or SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) is essential
    • Must have advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines, with high standards of integrity and ethical practice.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring smooth flow of all finance-related functions in compliance with legal frameworks.
    • Leading the development and implementation of effective internal control mechanisms.
    • Regularly reviewing and validating information for the general ledger's accuracy and completeness.
    • Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial progress reports for departmental approval.

    Sales Manager Coating & Construction Chemicals

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a Marketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degree
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role leading a team
    • Good understanding of pricing structures and managing networking is advantageous

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    Agronomy Area Manager - Seed

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have an Honours/Master’s degree in Agronomy\ Soil Science \ Plant Production
    • Minimum 5 years’ relevant Agronomy experience
    • Knowledge of compilation of fertilizer programs is essential
    • Knowledge and experience of onions is advantageous
    • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, with good interpersonal and communication skills

    Area Technical Sales Representative - Plant Nutrition

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a B. Com., B. Sc., National Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Good farming practice and knowledge of the agriculture industry or similar is essential
    • Must reside in the area or have a book of clients in the area
    • Proficiency in MS Office

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Growing a new territory of clients and managing, securing, and maintaining relationships with the client/farmer.

    Seed Production Research Officer

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a B. Sc. with 5 years or M. Sc. with 2-years’ experience in a relevant Agricultural discipline (agricultural research, plant physiology, plant breeding or related field)
    • Firsthand experience in design and execution of general, field and laboratory trial setups are essential
    • Knowledge of seed production operations is advantageous

    • Executing high-quality Proof of Concept (POC) Production Research projects aimed at innovative technology deployment, utilizing data analysis to improve production cost, seed quality, and production reliability.
    • Operating and maintaining specialized field and facility equipment (PR assets) for the effective and efficient functioning of all testing operations within the region.
    • Driving and promoting agronomic and technical improvements within the broader Seed Production organization through continued stakeholder engagement and customer centricity.
    • Recording Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help drive continuous process improvements, operational excellence, and data quality within the region.
    • Partnering with Production Research counterparts in other world regions to drive alignment and consistency in testing activities.
    • Training and participating in the development of people resources and talent at the site, including interns and contract employees.
    • Leading HSE efforts according to ISO 45001 and safety standards, focusing on legal compliance and identifying safety risks by applying the HIRA methodology.
    • Adhering to all applicable legislation, safety policies, and procedures.
    • Actively promoting the safety culture and best practices.
    • Participating in compiling risk assessments and job safety analysis.
    • Actively recording safety observations and near misses.
    • Participating in 5WHY problem-solving, identifying corrective and preventative actions.

    Factory Manager - Beverage

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a B. Sc. Eng degree or HND (Mechanical or Chemical) or B. Sc. Ind Chem or BSc (Food Science/Technology)
    • Minimum 8 years’ managerial experience specifically in a food or beverage production environment
    • Previous beverage plant management level experience is essential

    • Applying cost management principles to manage the Factory Budget.
    • Managing the performance and development of production team members.
    • Ensuring legal compliance at all times within the Factory environment.
    • Accepting and fulfilling 16 (2) appointment requirements.
    • Ensuring SHE standards for the site are adhered to.
