    Utility Controller - JHB

    Role Objectives and Responsibilities:

    • Utility cost recovery
    • Utility bill verification
    • Utility accruals and financial reporting
    • Utility budgets and forecasts
    • Utility Management
    • Administration
    • Innovation & Value Add
    • Qualifications:
    • Senior Certificate with maths.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years minimum experience within a utility’s management environment.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Aptitude for figures and financial skills
    • Legislation and regulations with regards to municipal/government supply and services requirements.
    • Industry knowledge specific to area of accountability
    • Computer Literacy
    • Negotiation skills

    Key Account Manager - JHB

    Main purpose / objective of the position:

    • To plan, inspect, direct, coordinate and budget, either personally or through subordinate personnel:
    • All activities pertaining to the Management and Control of Services per site e.g. Janitorial, Mechanical, Electrical and general handyman services, SHEQ, Contactor management,
    • Specialized maintenance contractors.
    • Tenant installations.
    • Execution of all building related activities (hard and soft services) as predetermined by EFM, the SOP and the SLA.
    • Ensure adherence to the SLA between EFM and the client is maintained.
    • Decision making authority:
    • Financial P&L management
    • Property Management Service as per agreed objectives
    • Management of CMMS,CFMS and related systems
    • Management of service contracts
    • Decision making
    • Compliance to the OHS Act and other statutory requirements

    Experience / Education:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Asset/Maintenance Management.
    • Minimum qualification Diploma in facilities management (Advantageous degree in a facilities or property studies).
    • Technical competency would be advantageous
    • Member of the GBCSA would be advantageous or in the process of obtaining membership.
