    Administration Clerk

    Provide general administration support service and assist with admin queries and customer contact.

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 3 years administration experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Maintain good client relationships and resolve client queries
    • Capture stock count sheets on the system
    • Responsible for opening and closing job cards.
    • Administration of the vehicle fleet and health and safety-related matters
    • Maintain the petty cash register
    • General workshop admin.
    • Report and assist the workshop manager.

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES

    • Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel/Equip)

    • Knowledge of farm equipment
    • Valid drivers license

    Junior Parts Salesperson

    Provide over-the-counter sales and administration functions of parts stock

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 1-year sales and administration experience.
    • Parts sales experience is essential.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Ensure stable availability of stock by ordering stock in line with branch procedure.
    • Conduct regular stock counting and stocktaking.
    • Responsible for stock control and stock rotation of old stock and new stock.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
    • Identify and timeously resolve customer queries and complaints.
    • Ensure accurate cash balancing.
    • Ensure that payments of accounts are timeously processed and collect payments by accepting cash, credit cards, etc.
    • Process sales and returns in accordance with the established procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with risk and safety legislation requirements.
    • Ensure that stock is kept in a safe condition

    Content Creator (Videography, Photography & Post Production Specialist)

    We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Content Creator with a strong focus on videography, photography and editing. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative vision, technical prowess, and storytelling ability, helping us craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in Videography and photography, UI / UX design, Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in professional camera work, with a portfolio showcasing photography, videography and editing skills.
    • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and Post-production photography suites like Adobe Lightroom

    • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content suitable for various platforms including websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

    • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of content and implement improvements based on feedback.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and engagement.

    • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's WordPress site, effectively integrating video and multimedia content.

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

    • Experience or knowledge in UI/UX design principles.
    • Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and best practices.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
