    Sales Representative : Vehicles (Fuso Trucks Sales)- Mercurius Motors Polokwane Commercial Vehicles

    Job Description

    • To sell the maximum number of new and used trucks to achieve maximum profit.
    • To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy geared toward repeat sales.
    • To ensure transaction completion according to the targeted timeframes and at the required accuracy.
    • To be able to initiate and close deals independently and with confidence.
    • To ensure Creditors outstanding not exceed the agreed targets.
    • To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered.
    • To ensure all CPA and other control and legal documentation is completed accurately.
    • To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the sales manager for continued improvement.
    • To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
    • Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
    • To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales with Sales Manager.

    • Drivers License

    Service Bookings Clerk - Nissan Menlyn Multifranchise

    Job Description
    The purpose of the role is to provide prompt and quality service to customers relating to their vehicle bookings, acting as an interface between the technical team, Service Advisors, and the customer to ensure accurate vehicle bookings and quality service is delivered to customers. The Service Bookings Clerk's main function is to provide support to the service department, where he/she will handle the bookings of the service.

    Qualifications And Experience
    Minimum Qualifications and Experience needed:

    • Matric
    • Computer literate
    • Previous experience in dealership mandatory
    • Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk mandatory
    • Previous experience as a Receptionist
    • Customer Service Experience is essential
    • Technical Experience, advantageous
    • Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures is essential.
    • Knowledge of competitive motor industry.
    • Basic mathematical ability (numeracy)
    • Knowledge of relevant operating systems (Drive) would be an advantage.
    • Multilingual with languages generally spoken across the area and customer base is necessary.
