    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Purpose of the Position

    Provide support to the digital marketing team in various activities aimed at executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating tasks, assisting with campaign management, and ensuring that digital marketing efforts are carried out efficiently.

    Key Performance Objectives

    Content Management

    • Assist with managing all key Digital Marketing campaigns and activities including calendar updates, planning, strategy input, briefs, cross-team communication, integration, execution
    • Help create and manage content for various digital channels, such as websites, blogs, and social media.
    • Coordinate content creation, editing, and publishing schedules.
    • Assist with social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
    • Organize and maintain digital assets, including images, videos, and marketing collateral.

    Quality Control

    • Quality control checks on all assets ensure assets delivered are correct.
    • Verify the relevance and appropriateness of keywords used in content and metadata. Ensure that on-page SEO elements are correctly implemented, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
    • Check ad campaigns for accuracy, including targeting settings, ad copy, budget allocation, and tracking parameters.
    • Ensure that websites and landing pages load quickly to provide a positive user experience and improve SEO rankings.
    • Assist with analyzing key data using key analytics tools.
    • Assist with developing reports and presentations including campaign reports, weekly updates, weekly performance updates, and results sharing across teams

    Stakeholder Management

    • Maintain close communication with paid media specialists to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activities
    • Active involvement in content selection in partnership with marketing, studio, and content teams
    • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive smooth collaboration across the various teams

    Qualifications Essentials

    • National Diploma or Equivalent NQF Level 6 Qualifications in Business Management or similarGrad Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualifications in Marketing, Media or Communications is advantageous

    Experience

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management (agency experience preferred)
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
    • Working on multiple projects simultaneously

    Programme Manager

    Purpose of the Position:

    Key Performance Objectives

    Programme Management Planning

    • Participate in pre-programme engagement meetings to understand programme requirements
    • Define programme objectives, benefits and develop clear metrics to measure delivery of agreed benefits post go-live.
    • Define programme outcomes and outputs (KRAs & KPIs).
    • Manage time, budget, quality, and scope on all programmes/projects in the portfolio.

    • Participate in the continuous improvement of the PMO has ways of work that align to the overall Showmax operational cadence.
    • Collaborate with the Head of PMO in developing methods of work and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the PMO (including reporting templates, risk frameworks, communication frameworks, governance frameworks, etc.)

    • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practice.
    • Promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools.

    • Develop high performing teams by embedding formal performance management process and informal coaching.
    • Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members
    • Oversee the activities of the team to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes

    • Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining appropriate compensation levels with input from Human Capital
    • Create effective workforce and recruitment demand plans to ensure that current and future business requirements can be met
    • When required, initiate disciplinary processes for team members calling on support from Human Capital when required
    • Resolve grievances raised by team members and escalate only if required.

    Qualifications

    • A Post Graduate ’s Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 8 Qualification in Business /Project Management/ Engineering
    • Project Management certification (PMP®/Prince2®/ Agile or similar)
    • Programme Management certification will be an advantage

    Experience

    • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
    • A minimum of 5 years in OTT (online streaming)
