    Sales Trainee - (1316)

    Job Description

    • This is a trainee position, which involves learning about the Sales Department as a whole.Stand-in for Reps and Account Developers.
    • Assist with the coordination of promotions & events .
    • Assist Sales department and learn about the business with the view to developing into a Sales Rep position 
    • Perform applicable Sales function/ Repping
    • Market Development and prospecting
    • Managing company assets
    • Co-ordinate promotional execution and events (only applicable to Touch Channel)
    • SHEQ Responsibilities

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Minimum of a 3 year National Diploma (NQF6) in Sales / Marketing or Business preferably 
    • 2 Years relevant experience within the FMCG environment
    • Promotional work to be advantageous (only applicable to Touch Channel)

    • Valid driver's licence

    • Excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English
    • Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
    • Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem Solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability to work autonomously
    • Experience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment highly regarded
    • Valid driver’s licence
