    Hub Administrator

    • Placing /receiving monthly orders on Travel Source within budget for units
    • Generating accurate monthly client invoices and statements on AX
    • Tracking of all monthly PO’s and quotes received
    • Daily debtors allocation and collection
    • Weekly compilation of vendor imports
    • Maintaining customer and supplier checklists
    • Timeous update of order sheets
    • Ensure all invoices are loaded within deadline
    • Month end procedures- ending off books
    • Monthly forecasting
    • Submit monthly Supplier invoices for payment
    • Month end reporting including top/bottom performers, detailed year to date performance per contract, risk report and variance report between forecast and actual
    • Maintain monthly filling and source documents
    • Follow correct capex procedures
    • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
    • Completion of the PRP in according with unit time registers and leave applications
    • Management of unit leave planner
    • Verification that Health & Safety records are up to date when conducting unit
    • Collect all documentation from the relevant units at the agreed frequency
    • Process all ORN and Sales records on MENUTEC for the Hub Units
    • Compile and Review the Weekly Profit & Loss Statement
    • Compile a list of areas requiring attention based on analysis of the P&L
    • Review the Trading Analysis and report to the line manager on exceptions
    • Conduct routine admin checks at the relevant units
    • Complete a full set of MENUTEC books for multiple units and review financial results
    • Drive own transport to units and discuss the weekly results

    Skills and Competencies

    • Mathematical skills

    • Attention to detail & Accuracy
    • Menutec , AX and Travel Source experience an advantage
    • Strong excel skills required
    • Finance/accounting experience or knowledge essential
    • Good communication skills
    • Organisational and administrative skills, honesty and integrity

    • Experienced using the company admin system

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position is essential
    • Matric –related tertiary education an advantage
    • Computer skills – especially Microsoft Excel
    • Strong Financial background
    • Bookkeeping certificate an advantage
    • Data capturing (accurate)
    • Own transport

    Helpdesk Operator

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Log Calls
    • Log calls accurately on the system.
    • Log caller details, location (Building) details and fault details.
    • Categorise calls, prioritise and assign calls.
    • Note all relevant details and comments.
    • Close calls when required.
    • Perform Daily
    • Check for alarm indications. Investigate and implement rectification plans as necessary.

    Monitor critical features and ensure process and equipment are operating according to set parameters

    Caller Response and Follow-Up

    • Respond to callers within the defined response time.
    • Provide feedback on job progress.
    • Obtain caller satisfaction comments at job close.
    • Service Provider Follow-Up
    • Follow-up call progress with internal and external service providers.
    • Report on poor performance and escalate calls which have exceeded their time allocation.

    Caller Interaction

    • Handle all calls in a polite and friendly manner.
    • Handle difficult callers with respect and diplomacy.
    • Escalate difficult callers to the Call Centre Supervisor when necessary.

    Reports

    • Generate reports as requested by the Supervisor.

    Feedback

    • Provide feedback and critical observation to the Building Manager on daily issues and performance.

    • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided and maintained.

    Skills and Competencies

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years’ experience in similar environment
    • Computer literate on MS Office packages – (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
    • BMS system knowledge and experience

    Cook

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Prepares and cooks meats, fish, vegetables, gravies, cereals, soups, fruits, bakery products and other forms of food.
    • Prepares and cooks food for special diets from recipes formulated by qualified personnel.
    • Assists in on-the-job training and assist in directing the work of food service workers, students and other employees within area of assignment.
    • Assists in the preparation of salads and desserts.
    • Notifies supervisor of food and supplies needed. Checks in food and supplies as necessary. Maintains food production records.
    • Cleans kitchen, kitchen utensils and equipment; secures refrigerator and freezer.
    • Serves food as required.
    • Maintains maximum standards of sanitation and safety.
    • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
    • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
    • Promptly reports equipment and food quality to kitchen Manager.
    • Uses our Standardized Recipe Card for preparing all products. Do not rely on the memory of yourself or other employees.
    • Operate as part of a team with good interpersonal skills
    • Maintaining high quality and hygiene standards as per Companies standards
    • Preparation and presentation of food
    • Ensuring correct portion control are adhered to
    • Ensuring the food is delivered timeously
    • Assist with the planning of menus and stock control
