    Product Owner: Loyalty Analytics

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • End-to-end management of the loyalty platform.
    • Exploratory and diagnostic analytics.
    • Prepare and deliver high quality and concise presentations on the performance of initiatives.
    • Define, monitor and enhance reports as it relates to Loyalty.
    • Provide input into commercial meetings to assist in decision making processes.
    • Driving the adoption and monetization of the Vodacom Loyalty program. (Execution of tactical campaigns using CVM & selling personalised propositions)
    • Leveraging the loyalty platform to drive Vodacom strategic objectives (Revenue, Retention, Activity, New Channels adoption & multi-product take-up)
    • Drafting and managing the capabilities and features roadmap across its various components.
    • Oversee modelling and rules used in Vodacom loyalty activities (Rewards allocation, budget management & VodaBucks liability).

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Matric essential and
    • A relevant 3 year degree essential in BSc, Actuarial, Engineering, Analytics or related and 
    • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience essential 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Key Knowledge: 

    • Expert using SQL, Excel, R, Python, powerpoint, or similar tools.
    • Experience in working within a loyalty function beneficial.
    • Pricing and commercial management.

    Specialist Transmission - Polokwane

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide transmission implementation support to the County
    • To plan the Transmission network
    • To co-ordinate & execute projects
    • Implementation of new TX equipment to improve quality and support rollout
    • Implementation of network expansion plans required for growth such as BEP1 project
    • Liaison with Project Management, Property, Maintenance , Installation, FFO and Ops Support departments and external contractors.

    • 5 years’ work experience in telecoms industry specific to Transmission implementation planning and Transmission Systems
    • Good knowledge & experience in the Microwave, Fiber, Router, Synchronisation and Switches technologies specific to Tellabs/Coriant, Nera, SIAE, Hughes, Radwin, Symmetricom, Nokia, Alcatel Lucent and application
    • Good knowledge and experience in performance management and planning tools in Transmission for  Vodacom Business and Consumer Business, GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies and systems
    • TDM, ATM, PDH, SDH, C/W/DWDM, IP/MPLS, MEF, TX architecture, IP & TX Protocols knowledge and application
    • Project Management  skills 
    • IP Expert in Layer 1 to 4 of OSI stack and Standards in IEEE, ITU, MEF, Optical radio frequency

    Portfolio Manager Airtime Credit Inter

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Management of the existing Airtime Credit Product performance in the international markets, maximising growth of the existing business whilst maintaining key metrics around customer ARPU accretion, loss ratios and customer churn 
    • Create an engagement model with international markets to improve the performance of the Airtime Credit products in the respective markets
    • Monitor and report performance of international markets with various stakeholders;
    • Assist in improving the delivery of international market deployments of Airtime Credit features;
    • Developing all relevant documentation, providing inputs and evaluation for financial business cases, defining business rules and working with customer experience teams to define and refine existing and new customer journeys To do revenue projections and Key accountabilities and decision ownership

    The Ideal candidate for this role will have:

    Must have technical/professional qualifications:    

    • Relevant 3 year Business degree essential.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within the Consumer Lending and or Telecommunications industry is essential
    • Prior Telco Experience is preferential
    • A detailed knowledge of data and voice products with experience in Airtime Credit services advantageous

    Core competencies, knowledge and experience

    • Telecommunications experience is required
    • Experience in working with various teams with multiple reporting lines
    • Airtime Credit Experience Beneficial
    • Alternative lending experience beneficial

    Executive Head: Vodacom Business Eastern Region

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Sales Operations: To retain existing accounts as well as leverage off existing corporate customers who have a need for enterprise mobile and converged solutions. To provide input into commercial negotiations for purposes of concluding master agreements. To retain and grow the regional customer base of enterprise mobile, IoT, and converged solutions in the private and government sectors. To manage direct sales teams and indirect sales partners to achieve regional sales and revenue KPIs in all channels/segments/industry verticals.
    • Channel Development and Sales Revenue Growth: -To increase the sales of converged solutions in the existing mobile base. To increase the regional market share of customers by acquiring new customers in every segment. To support product-specific growth objectives in the region.
    • Service operations: Manage presales and post-sales operations by ensuring quality solutions are produced by the solutions architecture team with minimal errors. To deliver solutions through efficient management of the WIP through the regional/national project office. Drive all regional marketing events and Vodacom Business (VB) presence across media. To manage after-sales support and SR management for mobile, fixed and IoT solutions through the regional/national VB Customer Operations (COPs) team.
    • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: -. To manage relationships with franchisees, dealers, resellers, provincial stakeholders, and customers with the objective of increasing sales and maintaining the brand position in the market. Collaborate with the regional Consumer Business Unit (CBU) and Technology Exco member to ensure Vodacom's Business strategy is delivered on and synchronised with the consumer and technology annual plans.
    • People Management: Develop and manage the team of Sales and operations professionals as well as expand the partner program.

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Matric essential
    • A relevant 3-year Bachelor's degree (NQF level 6) or any other equivalent Tertiary qualification - essential 
    • Minimum 8 - 10 years relevant experience - essential
    • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Senior Management - essential.  
    • Working experience in the telecoms environment (advantageous)

    Core competencies, knowledge, and experience :

    • Understanding of the SA telecommunication landscape
    • Understanding of Company customer requirements
    • Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate it as viable appealing market offerings.
    • Understanding of the SA business landscape
