    Consultant - Data Governance & Operations

    What You’ll Do for Us

    • Maintain and safeguard documentation on procedures and standards for data management and governance.
    • Create and maintain Data records in accordance with the organization’s process standards, data standards, policies and objectives. This includes enriching the Data with data from sources in- and outside the organization.
    • Act as the contact point for the operating unit and partners for Data questions/requests
    • Support the solving of data issues within the organizational systems, proactively and reactively.
    • Support impact analyses for Data changes executed on organizational systems.
    • Conduct Data Quality Assessment for the organization as needed
    • Actively champions data management projects and initiatives.
    • Help implement and maintain Data Quality and Data Governance metrics within the organization.
    • Review metrics and monitor the data quality and raise concerns about Data quality, data governance and related issues as necessary to the data stewards and Data manager
    • Ensure that Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), using the organization tooling

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • 1+ years of experience in data management, governance and operations
    • DAMA certification is a plus
    • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps,etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
    • CPG experience is a plus

    Manager, Global Marketing Procurement Studio X

    The role:

    • Supports, as part of the global StudioX network, in creating the future agenda for StudioX, in anticipation of the future, upgrading it with new capabilities and technologies.
    • Ensures the management of SX to support our marketing needs and global vision of simplifying and standardizing and digitizing the work moving through Studio X to deliver exceptional value, effectiveness of marketing work and dollars.
    • Focuses on all aspects of StudioX – building and leading the OU StudioX operations and the implementation of the OU StudioX agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global StudioX network.
    • Owns and drives the OU Studio X activities, comprising integration of multiple capabilities, stewardship of ways of working (incl. tools) to deliver the Studio X agenda.
    • Assesses and tracks StudioX performance
    • Defines and operationalizes the capacity of StudioX based on aligned volume of work and OU calendar prioritization to execute key marketing programs for OUs and global charters working closely with key stakeholders especially the OU IMX lead, Marketing Operations & Capabilities team
    • Supports Agency Operations Lead by ensuring all StudioX projects are submitted to Workfront.
    • Works with Marketing Ops and Capabilities on the internal engagement and communication strategy
    • Coordinates with Mkt Platform Services at OU level on key services/SLA and trouble shooting.
    • Sets and articulates performance expectations with WPP and serve as escalation point to manage through to resolution

    • Able to work collaboratively as part of a virtual global team to deliver results and share best practices
    • Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
    • Able to read, edit and interpret contractual documentation and manage contract performance
    • Minimum: 9+ years of work experience in commercial marketing, creative business or procurement or relevant related field. Knowledge of technical aspects of marketing is highly preferred.

    Commercial Channel Strategy Senior Manager, Africa

    What You’ll Do for Us 

    • Responsible for Commercial construct (based on Annual Business Plan, Channel strategy, PICOS guideline, shopper knowledge) into category strategy and campaigns for defined portfolio. Define where to play and how to win strategies and 360 campaign toolkits inputs, addressing shopper/channel needs across path to purchase.  Delivers via true integration into End-to-End process and collaboration across system.
    • Leveraging commercial network inputs (Revenue Growth Management, Integrated Commercial Execution, Value to Market and Channel) for commercial integration (eg distribution / occasion / brand / package / price / channel strategy) into category strategy and plans.
    • Responsible for the connection of category and channels, with occasion platforms approach.  Collaboration with Picture of Success and network to drive campaigns through to execution.
    • Aid Annual Business plan input on commercial strategy for the brands, leveraging Customer & Commercial Leadership network.
    • Represent channel input into Monthly Business review.
    • Be the lens of the Channel in the categories assigned and represent Customer & Commercial Leadership functions in the category extended team. 
    • Support commercial capabilities development within category, leveraging network as needed.
    • Track main indicators, review business performance, and design impactful actions to improve when results are below targets.
    • Continuously share information, insights, and knowledge with KO System, developing platforms to materialize those insights into actions.  Integrate into teams, where category business problem.
    • Define value-added programs execution guidelines with the customer and commercial leadership areas to win in the market at the @ Point of Sale, based on Coca-Cola portfolio and Channel needs.
    • Central bottler office commercial engagement and alignment.
    • Collaboration with Customer Value Creation into commercial sell in decks.

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial, Shopper, RGM / Customer/Trade Strategy
    • Strong business acumen with broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandatory with ability to bridge consumer/brand opportunities with customer relevance.
    • Strong Analytical as well as integrating multiple data points into a compelling, actionable narrative
    • Desirable to have candidates with Customer experience
    • Exceptionally strong leadership and influencing skills needed, across levels within internal and external organisation.
    • The role(s) requires ability to understand, analyse and connect what matters to our Consumers, Shoppers, Customers, as well as the competitive and industry dynamics, macro-economics and forecasts – all of which are required to build holistic and truly powerful propositions.
    • The Role covers multiple markets and is cross functional, working with markets and customer verticals and therefore requires strong interpersonal, leadership, project management and communication skills.
